The stay was fine, but the hotel put a hold on my card for incidentals, which they still have not released. I didn’t use anything. I had to stay the night with my 84 year old mother bc we were stranded from the tropical storm Debby. I paid up front with Hotels.com. The Graham took my credit card details for incidentals and put a hold on my card. I didn’t use anything. I should had received back on my card ( after 5 business days) I was told. I’m back in Australia where I live and still they haven’t taken the hold off. I was also charged a destination fee. They never told me about this bc I paid everything with Hotels.com. This is thievery if you ask me. I tried emailing 3 times.. no response and called to get some answers. Nothing. I’m extremely disappointed and would never stay there again!

A must visit in Georgetown!
Our family had a volleyball event at Georgetown University and the location of this hotel is fantastic, true walking distance. The room we had (202) was prefect for a family of three, great size, clean and a huge bathroom. The staff and general manager (Mehmet Bahtiyar) are true professionals and we’ll definitely stay there again. Hopefully, we’ll use the roof top bar on our next visit.

This was our favorite property to stay at in DC. We visited frequently as our daughter was a student in the area. We hadn’t been since 2001 and were shocked to see this gem so full. We arrived to no greeting from the staff. Service at the Graham was legendary as many in the staff were there for years. We used to book directly via the GM who gave us his info in case our daughter ever needed him. Instead the attendant barely made eye contact when I asked for him she explained that most of the staff was new because the hotel was sold. The room was dusty. The towels are monogrammed with another hotels name and the amazing Molton Brown amenities have been downgraded to motel quality soap. There has never been a restaurant on property but one nearby French cafe would offer service. Now there is nothing available other than the rooftop bar which has beautiful views but targets a much younger crowd. The hotel is located in gorgeous Georgetown so location will always be its key benefit. I left so sad to see this amazing hotel so dilapidated. I rarely write reviews but needed to warn other travelers.

The hotel is very nice, in a perfect location, and has a cool vibe, but there were some annoying factors that kept me from giving it a 5. There isn’t a traditional restaurant in the building, but when I booked I saw that there was a rooftop bar with some food options that looked fun and a Speak Easy in the basement so I was really looking forward to going to both over the weekend. The entire weekend was pretty much booked in both so there was no way to get any food or a night cap. The staff was nice and apologetic about the situation though. Also, we had ants in our room and even found a few in our bed.

The staff was lovely and the location was great! The next door cafe Say Cheese is amazing, even though is not part of the hotel. Our room had a bad leak through the light fixture. They fixed it the same night. Tatiana at the front desk is wonderful! Also the roof deck bar is a nice perk.

The property was exceptional. The room with the soaking tub was phenomenal. We stayed a second night in a double where the room struggled to cool which made it fairly uncomfortable during the night. Otherwise, all amenities and accommodations were top notch.

This property is amazing and the staff is as well! Everyone was so helpful in every way. The rooms are wonderful, plenty of space, comfy beds, snacks and drinks complimentary, robes and even a Peloton in the room! We were visiting Georgetown University and the property is a nice walk to the campus. Plenty of wonderful restaurants close by. This is a lovely luxury hotel in a great part of DC. The gentleman downstairs who opens the door is just wonderful. I was disappointed with the lukewarm at best water temperature in the shower (some friends were staying in different rooms at the same time and some of them had the same issue and some didn't). I mentioned it to the front desk, they said they'd look into it, but both days I was there I had an uncomfortably cool shower. This is not enough to stop me from staying there again, but it wasn't a 5 star experience overall.

The staff was extremely helpful. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. After 2 requests the staff finally put in an air cleaner. The room was musty. The roof bar was nice and again staff were helpful. The complimentary water and softdrinks were appreciated. In general the furnishings were beat up and could use a good cleaning.
