Stay with us for a relaxing, family beach experience! This is a newly remodeled (2022) home with a spacious patio, seating w/table for 6 and large backyard. Walking distance to Waterford & Ocean Beach, Waterford Beach Park, Eugene O'Neill Theater and Harkness State Park. 15-20 min drive to Mystic, Stonington, Vineyards, 25 min to Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods. Close to the Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, Pfizer, GD (EB), CT College, Mitchell, USCGA US Navy Base Groton.

Smoking. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in an additional cleaning charges. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at the iUgo's discretion. Subject to a $500 additional cleaning charge for violating this policy.

Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21.

THERMOSTAT:

This home utilizes zone control for each room. The mounted remote controls adjust the temperature and mode for climate control.

GENERAL:
-Make yourself at home!
-Use the exhaust fan when showering to reduce moisture
-No metal utensils in non-stick pans
-Wash the sand off with the hose before coming into the house after the beach (Hose near the front door)

LOCATIONS OF COMMON ITEMS:

Trash bags are kept underneath the sink (you’ll find other basic cleaning supplies like sponges, bleach cleaner, supplies and dish soap there as well). I do a good job of staying on top of the supply, but if anything is running low and you need a restock, just send me a message.

Extra linens are located in the drawers under the master bed. A small step stool, luggage rack, iron and small ironing board can be found in the closets.

A pack-n-play travel crib, baby chair, along with sheets and mattress protectors for your little one are all available upon request. Please discuss the need at time of booking so we can make sure everything is set out accordingly. If any of the items are used, please leave it out at checkout so we can sanitize it after your use.

SECURITY:

The sliding door does not automatically lock, please look up behind yourself. The front and carport door lock after 30-minutes provided they are fully shut.

Cameras are used outdoors only.

Do not tamper with, remove, deactivate or otherwise alter any smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, temperature monitoring devices or exterior security cameras.

EXTENDED STAYS:

For those of you having longer stays, trash is picked up Monday morning and ask that you bring the blue can to the curd Sunday night. A team member may come to move the can to and from the curd.

You may see a team member stop over to cut the lawn during normal business hours, normally on Fridays.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:

Please remember normal check-in time is at or after 4:00 p.m. & check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Our cleaning staff arrive promptly at your scheduled checkout time.

A late check-out or early check-in must be pre-arranged with Peter or Adam: Late/early check-outs/check-ins can be accommodated on an individual basis and have a flat rate of $69. The allowance is for up to two hours and availability will exclusively depend on existing bookings. There will be $50 charge for every 30 minutes past checkout time if not pre-approved by the host.

Please:
-Take the time to do load and run the dishwasher. Our team will put them away if need be.
-Don't worry about stripping the beds; our team will handle it.
-Ensure all windows and doors are fully shut & locked.
-If you don't mind taking any excess trash out to the trash cans, we'll be super grateful.
