The service we received was great. From check in, to dealing with our issues everyone was professional and kind. I would return solely based on the customer service I received. Our fridge was leaking, there wasn’t any linens for the pull out couch, and our cards wouldn’t work for the gym.

The staff are friendly and accommodating even the crew in the kitchen are very helpful. Our room is clean and tidy. It was easy to ask for assistance when we needed extra beddings . We’ll consider coming back.

Location was excellent, close to restaurants, market and family activities. Breakfast had a variety of hot choices and was very good. Rooms were exceptionally quiet and comfortable.

Unfortunately no lounge/bar area to socialize in. We were a large group and there was no restaurant or bar working walk in Ng distance open at this location. Also I had an EV and the EV charging station was unserviceable which was slight inconvenient.
