You will have access to the entire apartment plus the backyard.
This apartment is situated close to popular attractions in the area. It is walking distance to Main Street in downtown Waterville. Colby College, Thomas College, and many popular restaurants and bars are within a 5 minute drive. The location also provides easy access to the Quarry Road trails, Colby Art Museum, and the Waterville Opera House, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and cultural event enthusiasts alike.
In the living area, there is a futon that can be utilized for sleeping if needed. However, it's worth noting that although functional, it may not offer the most comfortable experience.
- Guests are required to sign Excapeaway’s Rental Agreement prior to the check-in. Failure to sign this contract prior to check-in will be proof of the guests acknowledgment of the contract and proof of the guests full consent to the terms presented in the contract.
- Dogs are allowed for a certain fee and should be communicated prior to us prior to check in. Limit 1 dog.
- Please leave trash curbside on Tuesday evening to be picked up Wednesday. You may use the garbage cans labeled 34 Western. Trash must be placed in the Town of Waterville purple trash bags in order for it to be picked up. For those with a furry friend, please empty poop trash can into a purple trash bag to be placed in the larger can marked 34 Western. Please do not throw loose trash in the cans. For those staying longer, you may need to purchase additional bags and are available at Hannaford or other local stores.
- During the winter months, please help keep the deck clear of snow and ice. Shovels and sand are provided for all tenants and guests to use as needed. Please move vehicle when necessary for the driveway to be cleared of snow. Please note that refunds are not provided for weather-related events such as storms or power outages.
- Access to the basement is for utility purposes only.
-For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from burning candles in the home.
