We couldn’t find the remote control for the TV. When I went and asked the front desk, they told me that they couldn’t replace it or do anything about it. They told me to look harder in the room that maybe it fell between something. We never found it after turning the place upside down. This was a disappointment for my son who would plan to watch the Brewers game when we got back to the room.

The location is perfect, very close to the family we are visiting, choice of restaurants and gas station is perfect. The coffee was super weak, just warm brown water. Something has changed since our last visit when the coffee was much better. There is no elevator. The pool and hot tub were so crowded we were unable to use them, so it is very popular.

The room was okay enough. Not even basic housekeeping was provided. We had to go down to the front desk for clean towels and more coffee as nothing was replenished. The bed was comfortable, not the best, but we got good rest.

The last time we were here we commented on how good the breakfast was. This time, it was cold: eggs, sausages and coffee! We were there at 7am so no excuse. Although not Days Inn fault, people have changed the drive around lane between businesses into a thoroughfare in both directions. I would not bring little kids. Speed bumps would solve this.

TERRIBLE!!! I will never stay here again and would recommend that no one else bother with this dump either. In town for my grandmothers funeral, with 5 booked rooms and was RUDELY told we could not invite cousins to use the pool with us. The hotel parking lot is EMPTY, it's a SUNDAY NIGHT. This is ridiculous for a place of this scale to enforce such a silly rule. We've stayed at many other hotels in the area over the years and every single time have had cousins to swim and have NEVER experienced this kind of rudeness or idiocy! The "staff" at the front desk was also rude to another member of our party upon arrival and couldn't find the "non-refundable" reservation for another member of our party which resulted in an extra room charge. I'm very sad that such an important trip to commemorate my grandmothers life in the Wausau area was ruined because I booked this place.
