Road noise was loud and our TV didn’t work.

Waited nearly 20 minutes at the front office for someone to get us checked in. Finally called the hotel phone number to get someone to the front. He then took nearly another 20 minutes to get us actually checked in. Along the way he charged us an $84.00. That was resolved the next day with a different person.
