Our room was down for maintenance and needed a first floor room bc I just had knee replacement surgery. The associate found a first floor room to accommodate my needs. Thanks Boarders Inn our go to place when we go to Wild Rose. P.S. The free breakfast is AWESOME everything for a light breakfast is at hand.

Booked our stay here for the pool/ hot tub but it was closed for "maintenance" Bathroom ceiling was moldy and rusty from apparent previous water damage Bathtub drain had sharp jagged metal edges and other broken off parts of the tub surround Cobwebs on ceilings and around the wall decorations Dried food spills on the night stand/ phone

Comfortable but needs a little TLC
The hotel was pretty good. It is starting to look run down and needs a little TLC. Overall, our stay was good. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet. I wish I would have known that the pool and hot tub were closed.

Could not find the two rooms I booked, then he wanted confirmation numbers which are not fully shown with Expedia. When he did find second room, he had us verbally give credit card information with other people around. Then needed our address, took to long! Hopefully Expedia never charged me! Or then I will have more issues to resolve

We will not be staying here again. This time no towels of any sort were supplied in our room, no cups and no TV. Curtains were not attached to the rod. We’ve stayed here for the past 5 years and no more and definitely not for $110.00 per night.

Wautoma Stay
This is a perfectly fine place to stay for an overnight or perhaps 2 nights. The lack of room service means you need to get new towels yourself either by going to front desk or calling down. The 'free breakfast' is adequate. I would like to single out an employee who was outstanding - Serenity. She always had a smile, was always accommodating, and always seemed to be on duty!! Top marks to her!
