Modern and lovely skybar for breakfast

Great stay in this modern hotel. Spacious, quirky reception/communal area. Complimentary cocktail on arrival. Family room was large with a double sofa bed in a separate area. Lots of sockets and lighting options. Towels were very fluffy and soft and toiletries smelt good. Beds comfy with plenty of pillows. Good location with easy cheap parking nearby which worked out better value for one night than the hotel carpark.

Suki & her team were super-friendly, efficient and helpful. The room, although a little dated was very clean, extremely comfortable and very well serviced. All the food was superb and the huge, sumptuous breakfast was served with a smile to get your day off to a flying start. Great selection of drinks, with beautifully conditioned Cask Marque accredited real ales all with friendly, professional serving staff. Great central location to visit a number of great attractions, including the Weedon Bec Ordnance Museum, just a few hundred meters down the road, the Heart of the shires artisan shopping village and you can go to feed the lambs, calves & goats at Flore Farm just a mile away! Highly recommend this venue, but please note that the rooms are not modern, but need some TLC, however with giant hypnos premier inn beds/bedding, you'll get a perfect night's sleep! The less than luxury rooms are still clean and tidy and as far as value for money goes, it's well worth every penny. Can't wait to stay again with Suki & her amazing staff!
