The house is in a prime location on the Tüllinger vineyard in a dead end (50m walk to Switzerland).
Very quiet on the edge of the vineyards and yet central, it offers a breathtaking view.
Large living-dining room with panoramic windows
The kitchen is luxuriously equipped with an induction cooker, Teppanyaki grill, combi steamer, oven, Sub Zero refrigerator etc,
Large bedroom (180 cm double bed),
Children/ guest room (1 bed 140 cm) and large sofa bed (160 cm bed).
Guest toilet,
Bathroom with shower, bathtub & toilet
Entertainment is provided by the Bang & Olufsen entertainment system including flat screen TV (German Sky TV and Netflix incl.). Another large screen TV (satellite connection & DVD receiver) is located in the guest room.
Wi-Fi & high speed internet is available.
Balcony on the level of the living room with stunning views of Switzerland & France including high-quality gas grill (Napoleon).
On garden level large heated pool (10m x 4m) with sun terrace and covered terrace.
The house is located in a cul-de-sac, a few minutes away are various hiking and cycling trails through the vineyards. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away and the tram from Riehen (CH) to Basel is a 15-minute walk away.
By bike along the river Wiese you are in 30 minutes in Basel city center (7km).
