Bright, friendly apartment with a beautiful view of the countryside

The newly renovated and exclusively furnished apartment impresses with its quiet location and high-quality furnishings.

Our 104m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-party house.

A 1.80 x 2.00 m bed that is in the bedroom ensures a good night's sleep.

In the 2nd There are 2 additional single beds 0.90 mx 2.00 m available in the bedroom. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available.

In both bedrooms there is a spacious closet for your clothes

You cook in a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, fridge and freezer combination)

In the cozy dining room (table 1.80 x 1.00 m) with 4 chairs you can enjoy your prepared dishes and a wonderful view.

A flat screen TV (internet-enabled) and a stereo system provide entertainment. Of course you have free WIFI in the apartment.

The view of the countryside on Walberla, Rodenstein and the Wiesenttal is unique.

The balcony (14 m²) invites you to linger in the summer months.

In the bathroom there is a large corner bath, hairdryer, shower with toilet and 2 sinks.

My son and I spent a week in this spacious, immaculately clean apartment witg a spectacular view. Jörg was helpful and communicative, helping us to transition smoothly into the aparrment and providing little gifts to welcome us. We lacked nothing and thoroughly enjoyed our time. I highly recommend this holiday let.

We loved this fairytale village!
This apartment was close to what we needed in Forchheim but yet a world away. The deck has a gorgeous view of the surrounding area and of the nearby hills. The apartment was clean and bright and the hosts were friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had everything we needed during our stay. There is a grocery store, delicious bakery and gas station just a few minutes away. This is a beautiful property and we will definitely be back!

Wohnungstechnisch sehr schön. Wegen der Lage braucht man für die Wege zum Bäcker und Einkaufen Fahrrad oder Auto (1,4 km).

Der Aufenthalt in dieser liebevoll und mit allem Komfort ausgestatteten Unterkunft war einfach nur großartig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon zum Walberla unbezahlbar. In der Nacht konnte man die Sterne beobachten und bei einem Kellerbier die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir waren restlos begeistert!

Top Ferienwohnung in Weilersbach
Wir waren mit Tochter und Enkeltochter für eine Woche Gast in Weilersbach. Das einzige, was wir zur FeWo sagen können: Absolutes Top-Niveau!!! Daneben können wir die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten in der Region sehr empfehlen. Unsere Enkeltochter (4J.) konnte sich auch bei anspruchsvollen Wanderungen austoben. Daneben wird gerade für kleinere Kinder so einiges angeboten. Im nahe gelegenen EDEKA kann man sich gut versorgen. Erlangen und Bamberg sind mit dem Auto relativ schnell erreichbar und sehenswert. Wer diese FeWo bucht hat alles richtig gemacht.

Wir haben uns in dieser sehr sauberen und ruhig gelegenen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick von Balkon u. Esszimmer ist grandios. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im nächsten Ort vorhanden, die Wanderwege beginnen quasi vor der Haustür. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben eine Woche in Weilersbach verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie ist geräumig, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Selten hatten wir in einer Fewo so gute Betten, vielen Dank! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch. Für Ausflüge benötigt man das Auto, man kann aber bergaufwärts auch zu Fuss einiges im Ort erkunden. Das Freibad Ebsermare hat uns besonders gut gefallen, Tipp für Familien mit Kindern! Vielen Dank an unseren Vermieter!

Wir sind schon das zweite Mal Gäste in dieser Ferienwohnung. Diesmal haben wir im Herbst 10 wundervolle Tage hier verbracht , ganz nach dem Motto : ankommen, auspacken und gleich den Alltag hinter sich lassen ! Es fehlt an nichts , alles ist vorhanden , was man so benötigt , alles ist super sauber und blitzeblank, was zu einem sofortigen Wohlfühlen beiträgt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon und auch vom Esstisch im Erker ist überwältigend. Man schaut auf den Garten, dann das breite Wiesenttal und hinüber zu der Bergkette mit Walberla. Wandern kann man überall , ob gleich von der Wohnung aus , als auch kurz mit dem Auto gefahren. Wer frische Brötchen und Brot mag, kommt beim 2km entfernten Bäcker bei Edeka voll auf seine Kosten. Die Tage reichen gar nicht aus - obwohl 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet , um alles auszuprobieren. Der Vermieter ist super nett und sofort zur Stelle, sollte man Hilfe benötigen. Der Kontakt und die Wohnungsübergabe sind sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder !!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Es war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist top gepflegt, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Sie hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, liegt sehr ruhig und etwas erhöht am Hang, so dass man einen herrlichen Blick auf die fränkische Schweiz hat. Genial um abends den Tag auf dem Balkon ausklingen zu lassen. Die Ferienwohnung war ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, wie Freizeitpark Schloss Thurn, Freizeitanlage Pottenstein oder verschiedene Tropfsteinhöhlen, wie Teufelshöhle oder Binghöhle. Kanutouren auf der Wiesent und Schlossbesichtigungen sind ebenfalls zu genüge vorhanden. Selbst Städte, wie Bamberg, Bayreuth, Erlangen, Nürnberg und noch einige mehr sind innerhalb von einer Stunde zu erreichen. Alles in allen ein super Urlaub in einer genialen Ferienwohnung mit einzigartiger Lage. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder. Wärmstens zu empfehlen.

In all den Jahren die wir schon in dieser Region Urlaub machen, dürfte das hier vermutlich die beste FeWo gewesen sein. Der Ausblick vom Balkon Richtung Walberla ist natürlich nicht zu toppen, aber auch der Rest steht dem in nichts nach. Einfach ein gutes 'Raumklima', man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Moderne, hochwertige Einrichtung, gute Betten und an ganz viele kleine Details wurde gedacht. Es gab rein gar nichts zu bemängeln, absolut top!!!

Zählt zu den besten Ferienwohnungen
Diese Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt. Der Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar und offen für Wünsche! Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Von hier kann man zu vielen Touren aufbrechen, zu Fuß, per Rad oder Auto. Die Betten sind komfortabel, vom Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Der Bäcker in weilersbach, nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto, ist großartig.

Die Wohnung ist super. Die Ausstattung hat es an nichts fehlen lassen. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu endecken. Städte wie Bayreuth, Bamberg, Rotenburg u.s.w. sind gut zu erreichen und auf jedenfall sehenswert.

Einfach toll
Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Betten sind prima, und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Im Umkreis gibt es jede Menge schöne Gasthäuser und Biergärten. Ein Edeka (sogar mit einem Bäcker, der sonntags geöffnet hat) ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
