Great fishing is found in the Ocklawaha River, directly across from the condo, as well as Lake George, Salt Run, and Silver Glen, just a short boat ride away. Rest well in two bedrooms, one outfitted with a king bed, and the second with a queen bed. The St. John's River is the longest river in Florida and is unique in that it is one of only two rivers in the world which flow north. Fishermen will appreciate the location of this property near Lake George and the Rodman Reservoir, a trophy "bass factory" known for its giants. Local yearly events include Fishing Tournaments in the area, the Azalea Festival in March, Bostwick Blueberry Festival in April, and the Blue Crab Festival on Labor Day weekend.

Startup bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies are provided with each booking.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
