Shame about no parking although parking was down the road I liked the receptionist girl who was on very friendly and accomodating she also provided information about where you could find things.

The shower head and veracity, would be best I have had, so it was delicious and the bed was so amazingly comfortable. Rooms are small but with those two comforts thereā€™s nothing to complain about at all

Rooms not correct
When we arrived you only had one of the rooms set aside for us despite booking them together. Our room was eventually found, Iā€™m told it was in the system. We got to our room and there were only enough towels for 2 people so we had to request enough for 4 adults. The other part of the booking which had a room had only 1 double bed despite booking two and the there were 3 adults to sleep in it. So this room had to be changed to accomythe original booking request.

Close to the ferry. Parking was nice at a $35 charge; although, I believe you must first check in first and pay for parking before actually parking in the garage. A slight in con convenience to park on the street to first check in.

Great place to stay in the heart of Wellington. A little dated in decor, but clean and cheerful. Staff are great. So handy if you are travelling by ferry or need to be in the city centre.

I would like more power-points in the room. The powerpoint under the desk was hard to reach. If you stay there, get an extension cord so you can have extra power points. It was walking distance to the city and the waterfront. Very convenient location. Staff were friendly.

Check in was great. Room average. The bed was so comfortable. Shower was superb. Black ? on bottom of net curtains and chair seat had seen better days. Breakfast average but was ok. Staff very helpful.

This was clean, but basic. You need to take your own shampoo and conditioner, beds very comfortable, but seemed to be short in length. If you just need a bed, would recommend.

Clean rooms, good location, some issues
The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were spacious and clean. It was a really comfortable bed too. Downsides - wifi was incredibly slow and I had repeated problems with room keys not working. Although staff were happy to make new keys, there was not much effort to find and fix the root cause. Would stay again but would like to see those aspects improve.

Liked that the room was clean and bed made well. Didnā€™t Appreciate our room being next to a staff room where noise came from their coming and going. Didnā€™t appreciate having a bed on wheels as it moved, room floor wasnā€™t level. The end of the bed where you lay your head went downwards. Came to realise why i woke with a headache each morning, because your head is going slightly downwards.

Could not get the heat in the room to work propery. It didn't work, and when I had the maintence look at it, it did , then the next night it didn't. Toilet paper holder installed backwards. In the small bathroom, as you move your right arm back as to grab the toilet tissue you knock it off it's holder only to land behind the toilet tank.....
