Friendly staff. Pretty run down cupboards etc. heaters didnā€™t work, shower overflows and cleaner took away plates and utensils used because there was no plug in the sink or basin to wash dishes. They were not returned or replaced.

It was my second time staying at Quest and just like the first time the room was clean and well equipped. When you walk into the foyer it feels fancy and so does the lift. I will definitely be returning here again!

Lovely, quiet and convenient apartments with extra features like washing machine and dryer. Very clean, great checkin, and helpful staff. The couch needs replacing and thereā€™s some paint peeling in the bathroom, but otherwise a great apartment in a great location.

Good value for money. ā€˜Studioā€™ way more spacious than appeared in a photo. Itā€™s usually the reverse! The drapes were thermal lined & helped to reduce street noise & keep the room well insulated for warmth. There was a heating unit that functioned well, but I only used it for 15 minutes and then turned ā€˜offā€™. The bed was so comfortable & clean I couldnā€™t stay awake. There were extra blankets in a wardrobe, as well as an ironing board & iron. The kitchenette is well equipped. If staff, or guests, didnā€™t keep nicking or losing track of plugs, there would be one each for the bathroom and kitchen the sinks!? The bathroom is spacious with a washing machine in the right hand corner. The shower rose belts out a good stream of water. My only concern was the tripping hazard when near the entrance to the bathroom off the kitchenette. There really should be an eye catching yellow line warning of a discrepancy in floor levels and the setting of the row of tiles along the leading edge of the entrance to the bathroom. The tiles are angled upwards & there is a ā€˜lipā€™ the entire width. A guest could catch the soul of their shoe, especially if standing side-on, and not looking down while in the kitchenette. The room was directly opposite the lift well on the 2nd floor, I think. I wasnā€™t aware of any noise internally at this property. I was only there for 12 hours & did not see any other guests. The two staff were warmly welcoming, & clear with details on a cold, wet Wellington evening. Thanks!

Really like that it is so close to everything. Shops , Supermarket , cafes, restaurants, the Cable car, Queens wharf. The railway station is only a 12 min walk as is the Stadium. On the down side , I would like to see smart TVs that provide access to TVNZ Plus and Three Now. It is not necessary to have Netflix that would just be a plus. Also I found the lighting very dim and difficult for reading.

We lived in the Quest Wellington apartment from Wednesday evening and left early on Sunday morning. That's 4 nights stay, but only had our apartment vacuumed once, but on the whole, the ladies did a wonderful job replenishing the essentials in the apartment. Thank you to them for looking after us well.
