Gorgeous Cottage in very private location in Beach Dreams. We welcome you to this gated community at Beach Dreams. Modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage in the seaside town of Wells, Maine. This cozy and welcoming cottage sleeps 6, all linens, bath towels are included and there are also beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and much more. Guests always consider our little oasis as their second home.

THE PROPERTY

This seaside cottage is thoughtfully laid out, giving you and your traveling companions plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the kind of relaxation that only Maine can deliver. Located within a private, gated community, this home is surrounded by resort-like amenities like tennis court, bocce courts, basket court, fitness room (14 & older only), hot tub (14 & older only), and a pool (Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day- must be 14 or older or accompanied by an adult)! Kick back in your comfortable living room with a SMART TV, WIFI and a DVD player. The living room opens up to a covered porch with fan, portable heater and windows where you can enjoy the seasons. Imagine spending your days sharing a meal or reading a book nestled amongst the woods from your private yard.

This cottage offers everything you'll need, stocked with fresh linens (laundry fee can be removed if willing to clean all linens before check out, please notify us before booking, if preferred) and equipped with air conditioning, heat, washer/dryer, and internet throughout the home. You'll be able to prepare your favorite meals in the fully outfitted dine-in kitchen or settle onto the picnic table as your friends sip drinks while you fire up the grill and take in the vacation vibes and fresh sea air. Wake up to the sounds of chirping birds in the surrounding woods while sipping coffee from your enclosed porch, letting each day of fun and relaxation unfold. From the homey décor to the convenient amenities and easy access to the town and beaches, this house will quickly become your home-away-from-home!

THE LOCATION

There are tons of activities to enjoy both inside and outside the community. Inside, you'll have access to the heated main pool from Memorial Day weekend through mid September with plenty of lounge space to soak in the sun, a hot tub, gym, tennis court, basketball court, and bocce courts.

Outside the community, you and your guests are within close distance of golf, sailing, kayaking, whale watching, deep sea fishing, hiking, shopping, and great dining spots. No one can turn down the opportunity to try fresh Maine lobster, so head to one of the many seaside restaurants Wells has to offer. It's a short jaunt by car to get to the many surrounding beaches and located just 45 minutes south of Portland, Maine, which offers some of the region's best museums, lighthouses, and a lively harbor.

This tastefully decorated cottage has all the comforts of home. The front of the cottage faces toward the woods for the true Maine Experience and is the most private cottage in the complex! Updated kitchen with granite counters, updated flooring, induction stove/convection oven, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator with water & ice maker. Updated bathroom with wall mounted hair dryer and bathing suit line in tub. The living room has queen pull out sofa with memory foam as well as a Smart TV, WIFI and DVD player. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed w/ a Smart Tv. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top and a TV/DVD player. The porch has a daybed with a trundle underneath, wall fan & heater. Outside has a gas grill and large seating area overlooking the woods. Cottage has fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker (Keurig), washer/dryer and all linens for your use. There are fans/heat in bedrooms, porch and living room and an air conditioner in the living room.
Cottage also has many extras - beach towels, beach bag, chairs, tennis rackets and beach toys, etc. We also provide you a pack and play, and a stroller for families with younger children (found under the bunk bed).
Clubhouse has a huge pool, an over-sized hot tub and a kiddie pool for those children still in diapers. All Amenities are available from Memorial Day weekend through mid September. There is a fitness facility, tennis court, basketball court, Bocce courts for you and your guests to enjoy.
The closest beach is about a mile away. Downtown Ogunquit and Ogunquit beach is only a couple of miles away. Unfortunately, there will be no trolley service this year they could not find the staff to man the trolleys.
