This single-level first-floor condo is part of the Holiday House Condominiums, a sunny property that sits right on Post Road in the Moody area of Wells. You'll be a one-mile walk or drive from Footbridge and Ogunquit Beaches, six miles south of the walking trails in Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, and just a few minutes from dozens of antique shops in downtown Wells. The Shoreline Explorer Trolley stops in front of the Regency Complex, which is located right next door

Friend get away
My friend and I had a wonderful get away from our hectic lives and we enjoyed ourselves. Many beaches and highly rated restaurants close by. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was also very clean and it was nice to have some shady spots to read a book. We will definitely be back.

Convenient studio for beach getaway
This studio at Holiday House is in a good condition and seems to be recently renovated. I can confirm that the chain lock requested by a previous reviewer has been installed. The layout is basically like a typical hotel room, but with a kitchenette. The one thing that still needs improvement are the mattresses. They are hard and very noisy when anyone moves on them. The unit was very clean and quiet. Check-in was easy since we got a email containing the lock code and all of the necessary information prior to arrival.

I loved that you were provided a punch code previous to arrival so that when you arrived you just went right in. No stopping to register or anything....it was so convenient. Great pool, clean room!

Great location close to our friends and family and was able to get anywhere we needed to go by bike. Only downside was both of the beds were uncomfortable and anytime someone rolled over the springs were so loud it woke everyone up.

I’ve stayed at holiday house in the cottages before, nothing amazing but was perfect, well kept and gave clear instructions. This motel room was just a space, and not a stay friendly one at that. There are no hooks anywhere to hang your towels, no instructions besides the WiFi password and check out instructions definitely meant for other types of units. When I tried to contact the property manager I never got an email response and the phone numbers in the listing were both out of service. Also the floors were so dirty that after walking on them for 5 minutes all of my family’s feet were black. Never again

Great location nice new renovation with some shortfalls
I was not impressed to discover something that looks like black mold in the bathroom (big gap between the bathtub and the shower wall liner) this was especially concerning since my wife is pregnant. In addition at 9:50 am we received a knock on our door informing us that checkout is at 10am. We told her that we thought it was 11am (email confirmation indicates 11am) she promtely told us no it’s at 10. Then sat right outside our door, watching us scramble with our luggage.
