We found this on a whim and booked for a night. It was exactly what we were hoping for! Clean, quiet, location was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Nice motel
The motel was a nice, family oriented place. It seemed well cared for. Liked having the continental breakfast. It was quiet and comfortable. We chose the motel because was a 10+ minute walk to the beach, but what I didn’t know is that this is Moody Beach and is a private beach, and that you have to take a right after getting on the beach and walk for another 10+ minutes to get to a public beach, which is North Beach. Since we didn’t know this, we stayed at the beach access area at Moody beach and crammed into the beach assess area that was already crowded with people. We still enjoyed our time at this motel, and it wasn’t their fault we didn’t know where to go, I just included this information in case it helps someone else during their beach adventures in this area, and they don’t know the area.

Bathroom dirty, stains on shower curtain and wall. Sink is NOT in bathroom...pictures did not show this... No toiletries left...small soap and lotion only. In shower pre filled dispensers...with ???? Not sure who wiuld be comfortable using this.. Breakfast ...no effort there at all. Muffins (store bought) terrible coffee, no assistance...however, plenty of staff..2 to 3, watching every move you made, standing in kitchen that wasnt used by anyone to cook. Awful...pricey...unhelpful

The stay was wonderful! Staff was so friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean as well as the grounds themselves…the ONLY negative thing I must share is about the door locks. They are the very old style that you can unlock with a credit card (we know because we did it) Management should really get all the locks changed out to give guests peace of mind about feeling safe.
