A Modern detached four bed property in a superb location, just minutes from the North Norfolk coastal path and within easy walking distance of local amenities and the east quay.
This property has been recently refurbished to an excellent standard with brand new, modern comfortable furniture and utilities throughout. The property has a good sized private garden, which is totally enclosed. Side gate leading to footpath with views over the sea marshes and sea wall beyond. Parking for up to three vehicles with additional off road parking if required.
Wi-Fi infinity is included. Please send me an enquiry in the first instance to make sure the property is available on your preferred dates. Ardmore is also a wonderful retreat for short breaks and longer stays, so if you are considering a gathering of friends or family, please do contact me for possible out of season reductions.

We had a great family christmas at Ardmore, a generously sized house for 7 adults, a child and 2 dogs. Really well equipped and nicely laid out with plenty of space to socialise, relax and enjoy your break, plus the garden is perfect for dogs and would be great for a bbq in the summer. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again

Perfect Wells Next To Sea getaway
Perfect property in a ideal location with short walks to the town and beach. Perfect having a driveway. Saves the parking fees. House was lovely, garden was really spacious. Just unfortunate we couldn’t stay even longer. Will deffo book again.

Nice house, okay location.
The house was nice, a bit worn in places. Kitchen units need updating and the garden could do with being tidied up a bit. Nice walk to wells town and very close to the Co-op. Bins needed for bedrooms though. Very spacious house house and good value for money.

Perfect location, 5 mins to East Quay via the lane at the back of the property, 5 mins to coastal path. 15 mins from the Quay if you meander through the high street and stop for ice cream, my favourite route!. House was clean and tidy and had everything you could possibly need. House was very light and airy with views from the back across to the coastal path. Even a couple of deers frequented the field to the side. Hosts were lovely and very helpful. They took time to pop over to sort a tiny issue with the TV which was sorted in seconds. The garden was fantastic for our dog, fully enclosed. Plenty of pubs are dog friendly The Carpenters Arms, Wighton, about 3 miles by car was great.

Ardmore is situated in a great location and has good amenities inside. Bedrooms were all clean just a few areas in the kitchen that could have been cleaner (units, table). Only thing that let it down was a dirty pick up truck with a van on top that was right next door, which was a bit of an eye sore and the dvd player did not work which was a shame as we would of liked to have watched some dvd films that were in the house. 10/15 minute walk to harbour and 10 minute walk to local co-op. The whole of north Norfolk is superbly catered for dogs. The local pubs we tried were The Golden Fleece, The Globe and The Crown (all dog friendly). They were all nice but The Crown was our favourite. Nearby Holkham Hall is lovely as is the beautiful sandy Holkham beach. Wonderful walks for dogs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it did help we had amazing weather.

A fabulous walk straight from the house over fields to the Quayside. 4 spacious bedrooms, spacious kitchen and lounge. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more... Secluded garden plenty of space for a dog to have a run around. Walk into town by street is so easy and quick. I don't think I could fault anything. Definately be back and recommend

We have just returned from a 3 day stay in Ardmore house Wells-next to sea and had a lovely time , we found the house clean and welcoming and in a good position you are close to all amenities CoOp just down road , short walk into high street & Harbour, plenty of parking , brilliant for our dogs they loved it enclosed garden so you don’t have to worry about them in garden , we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again had everything we needed 😊

We had a brilliant time at Ardmore at Wells-Next-The-Sea and would highly recommend, even trying to find a time when we can come back! The booking and communication with the owner was excellent, timely responses and was very nice and friendly. The accommodation was spotless, very well equipped, nicely themed and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable as were the sofas. The bath is amazing, lovely and deep and perfect to unwind in after a day on the beach! The house has everything you need, hairdryers and straighteners, great kitchen facilities, even bikes and crabbing stuff in the garage! The dogs are well looked after with a secure garden, dog bowls, a crate, spare poo bags etc and the utility room is very handy for getting them cleaned up after a walk on the beach. Wells next the sea is a lovely small coastal town, its a short walk from the accommodation to the harbour and then the beach is a further walk, though you can park near the beach or walk to Wells and get the beach bus, which is what we did. The beach is lovely, the sea is quite far out but there was the beach on one side and a pine wooded forest on the other, a large part of the beach is dog friendly which is good. We would highly recommend staying here, we had a great few days and can't wait to go back!
