This property sits on 8 secluded, wooded acres with a great view from the front yard to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, and is within walking distance to Hills Creek State Park where you can find hiking and biking trails, and just about a 15 minute drive to Wellsboro. This beautiful well-maintained, secluded cabin sleeps 4, there is a first-floor bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a loft bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a full bath and a cozy living/dining area open to a new fully equipped kitchen, with washer/dryer for your use in the laundry room. The wifi is great, so feel free to log in to your Netflix account or other streaming services to watch movies or other programming of your choice. Enjoy the peace and quiet from the front or rear porches and the firepits for your own private view of the mountains and tons of wildlife! The deer, turkeys, squirrels and song birds visit on an almost daily basis, with an occasional appearance from a bear.

The area is known for two great festivals, the Laurel Festival and Dickens of a Christmas. Both draw thousands of people to the area and offer a variety of vendors and activities. Just down the driveway about 150 yards, you can access the many trails that surround Hills Creek State Park, and take advantage of the lake for fishing, swimming, kayaking rentals, & boating. Wellsboro offers everything from shops and restaurants, to everything outdoors.
