The service we received at this hotel was diabolical. We arrived late en route from Greece to the UK for an overnight rest. When I went in to ask where the parking was, there was no welcome or smile. In fact every time I went to reception they were unsmiling and almost looked confused as to why I might be approaching them. I booked a triple and realised in the morning that we only had 2 of everything. When I went to reception I was told to GO AND FIND HOUSEKEEPING MYSELF. When I incredulously asked where they would be the receptionist replied ‘On the first floor’ I was expected to go and sort out the issue myself. I eventually found 2 ladies and managed by hand gestures to ask for what was needed. I have never stayed in a hotel where I am expected to do their job for them. I would not recommend and I certainly would stay again. I was going to have breakfast with my family but decided against this after having been sent to look for towels and coffee cups. Could also do with maintenance. See below

In der Dusche gab es Handseife, statt Shampoo oder/und Duschgel. Der Schlauch der Dusche war lose und das Wasser spritzte in alle Richtungen und wenig durch den Duschkopf. Es war sehr sauber. Die Keycard zum Zimmer funktionierte nicht, jedoch beim Zimmer nebenan. Wir haben dann an der Rezeption bescheid gesagt. Dass der Parkplatz extra Gebühren kostet, wurde nicht direkt gesagt, nur auf meine Nachfrage. Hier wünsche ich mir mehr Transparenz. Für eine Nacht zur Durchreise war das Hotel ok.
