Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the hotel. Would recommend. Excellent breakfast and evening meals. 50% discount for those wishing to visit Hawkstone Park Follies.

Room size excellent not really set up for family of four except sleeping, breakfast good apart from not set up properly and food one end drinks the other no cups or cutlery had to keep asking ,older staff miserable and stand there making comments when you go to get another orange juice very unprofessional and petty

The staff were all lovely at the hotel, especially Cheryl who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one. She even arranged for us to be picked up and taken to the follllies and brought back which was extremely helpful as we dont drive. All in all it was a great stay! Thank you to Cheryl and all the other staff.

Average at best!
Room was dirty and dusty, towel Rails were gross, wobbly tap, access to the two pin plug charger on the mirro blocked by the soap dispenser, unfinished window repair, lamps in the hotel lounge were really dusty. Golf shop staff on both days pretty bloody miserable and unwelcoming. Reception staff were great on arrival as were the bar staff in the evening. Bunkers in the golf course were a disgrace!

Lovely clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern with lots of space and even had fans to help with the heat due to summer weather. Great value for money and will definitely return.

Good family hotel
We stayed here prior to a wedding at Hawkstone Hall, We preferred this hotel to Hawkstone Hall where we stayed only for convenience of being in wedding hotel. We were a party of 10 , 5 adults and 5 children spread amongst 4 rooms, 2 family, a twin and a double. The double room turned out to be a twin also but staff immediately offered to change. The staff were lovely, from reception to bar to restaurant. They couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Recommend Hawkstone park hotel
A lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful Our deluxe superior room, had a bird's eye view outlook onto the golf course. The mini bar was well stocked. Breakfast was plentiful.

The room was very small and was situated near to the function room where there was party on until late. I feel I should have been told I would hear the music when given my room. I asked for another room but they said the hotel was full. Function finished around 1am so I had to listen to the very loud music until then. Won’t be staying there again

Serves a purpose
The hotel is adequate. The staff are friendly and efficient. The exterior is badly in need of re-decoration and internally the hotel is dated. Evening menu is limited and basic and the food is like canteen food but, I guess, serves a purpose. The breakfast buffet is good and limitless. However, the sausages are awful. They must be the cheapest available, tasteless and with a horrible texture. This always annoys me, because even very good sausages are relatively inexpensive.

The hotel itself has some beautiful views. Short distance from the mx track which was why we booked as we had a weekend of racing. On arrival the lady on reception was welcoming and friendly, so was the bloke who was also in reception- I think he might’ve been a doorman / security maybe? Very chatty friendly guy while I waited for my other half to come back with our bags. The room was very clean with a big comfy bed. There were lots of people staying there that weekend for golf & there was a wedding, however it didn’t seem crowded at any point. Our room faced into the “courtyard” / bar & outdoor area and we didn’t hear a thing from the wedding party / bar when we got back after dinner, we couldn’t hear the music either which was a bonus too! Breakfast was really nice, shame there was only fried eggs but still a great breakfast to set us up for the day, the usual cooked breakfast items available and there was a variety of freshly cut fruit on offer too. If we are around the area again we’d definitely look to book again!

Reception staff and cleaners were excellent. The staff at breakfast seemed to have been taken by surprise that a lot of people wanted breakfast around 9am. Shortage of cups, plates, eggs, hash browns, mushrooms, butter, bread etc. It all had to be asked for, staff were not proactive.
