Our stay there was ok. The room and halls were somewhat rundown. My real problem was with the check in. The desk clerk was very rude to us and other guests. Really disappointed with that.

Elevator was dirty for both days we stayed, something installed on roof which was too noisy specially in bathroom, first I thought was a exhaust fan making loud noise, for next day stay we requested a different room, we had a same loud noise in that room also, couldn’t sleep both days because of loud noise from AC and bathroom room ( hotel reception desk claimed bathroom noise is due something installed on hotel roof).😔☹️

Great location, close to highway 25. Many fast food restaurants close to property including in and out burger (our favorite). Just 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods and Pikes peak. Properly is showing moderate wear but well appointed. Ample free parking on site. Breakfast was standard motel fare— nothing special.
