The property, which includes both a main house and a guesthouse, comfortably accommodates six guests, ensuring all the amenities necessary for a perfect stay. Set on one acre of land, the property provides privacy and serenity.

While a mid-week cleaning service is provided, the villa operates without constant staffing. A property manager is available for support but doesn't reside on-site, setting the expectation for guests to navigate minor issues, reflecting a true home-away-from-home spirit.

Note -
The house is suitable for children aged 6 years and older who can swim, as the pool is not fenced and is very close to the living room.

Villa Layout -
The property comprises two houses: the main house and a guest house. The main house has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a king-sized bed and an attached outdoor bathroom with stunning views of the islands. The top-floor bedroom, accessible via a narrow spiral staircase, boasts a beautiful high ceiling and two queen beds. Please note, the staircase's is about two-feet wide and might make it challenging to bring large suitcases upstairs. Moreover, the bathroom for this room is on the ground floor. Given these factors, we suggest reserving this room for the younger guests in your group, if possible. The guest house is separated from the main house by a swimming pool and lawn. The guest house features a king-sized bed and a separate area with a bunk bed, which is ideal for younger children. The guest house bathroom is comfortable and includes a shower, double sink, and an additional outdoor shower that offers breathtaking views of the islands. All rooms fully open to the outdoor areas, but if needed, they can be closed and air-conditioned for your comfort.

The living room/open kitchen has large wooden doors that open up to the veranda, where you'll find a second living area with a dining table that seats up to eight people and a relaxing sitting area. Because most of the living room/kitchen is open to the deck, the veranda, and the main house feel like one cohesive space.

From anywhere within the main villa, the guest house, outside on the deck, swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hammock, or sitting elsewhere in the garden, you will be able to see far and wide across the Caribbean Sea while you are listening to the waves breaking on Little Apple Bay’s beach.
