Be aware of credit card policies/parking charges
3 day stay. Not thrilled that after we arrived being told that EIGHTY dollars+ per day would be charged to my credit card (after prepaying the quoted amount for our hotel stay) in case we racked up charges for extras or damages, and then being told the unused card charges would be refunded. Also not impressed with being charged extra for parking daily, even though it ended up being only around FOUR dollars per day. This facility is not in a downtown city or garage location.

We liked the bed. The staff was friendly/helpful. Surprised that room service of making the bed, changing towels, garbage pick up, etc. was not a daily occurrence. No place to hang two towels to dry. Wakened at 11pm by someone incessantly and violently trying to get in my room. For some reason alarms went off and the lights came on in my room. From that point on, all night, flashing lights came from the alarm mounted high on the wall. For $900, Hampton should be ashamed. Price was jacked for college grad weekend. That’s appalling!!

3 hr delay for room to be ready. Numerous families waiting in lobby for graduation weekend with reservations and places to go. No housekeepers available and front staff could have cared less. $350 a night for a less than average hotel because of graduation weekend. I wouldnt have stayed here unless i had to. Overall very disappointed

I very much liked that they were not the least fazed by my German Shepherd. I disliked the fact that we booked the room with a king bed (it was out anniversary), but they told us, not that there no rooms with kings available, but that there hadn't been any rooms with kings available when we booked, so we were given a room with two "queens" (they were definitely not as large as the queen bed we have at home. This wasn't dreadful, it was just that we would have preferred the larger bed which would have also given us more room for the dog crate. They were very nice about it, but I'll think twice before booking a hotel with Expedia again.

Wow! What an absolute jem! The staff at the front desk was so welcoming and I don’t think I’ve ever had an easier, faster check in. Property was lovely, tons of free parking, room was set to the perfect temperature and immaculate. Will make this my go to hotel for my next 4 years of college visits.
