- Access will be granted by using the black fob provided upon check in.

- It has a communal kitchen/bar for entertaining.
- Pool closes for the winter: Sept. 29th 2024. The pool deck and sport courts will remain open until the weather takes a turn in the fall.

Please note the amenity building and club house is a communal space. Access is dependant on weather (i.e. Tennis Courts are out of order if it has snowed)

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PET FRIENDLY SPACE ★
Pick up after your pet, try to clean the excess hair, and please close doors if you need to leave your pet in the unit. Don't let your pet get on the furniture (a $45 charge per bed may be applied for violations).

★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home or on building premises! Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
