It was redone since we stayed 15 years ago, but I guess time has already taken it's toll. The staff was nice enough, but in the room one light had a bulb out, the bathroom toilet the toilet flusher needed replacing.. water wouldn't refill after flushing at times, and the shower controls, the ornate ring that controls the temp was loose, so I had to repair that. But, all in all it was still nice. I would go again. These are things that you wouldn't normally notice just cleaning, except the shower. The gym was a tad bit small, but maybe they cut back because it's not used a lot. I only saw a couple of people the whole weekend . Lol

I had an emergency back home in MA and I had to leave a day early and the front desk told me to contact Expedia to get a possible refund. I called and no one picked up. It’s so frustrating!

Even though they advertise "daily housekeeping" the first thing they tell you as soon as you appear is that there in not daily housekeeping. The place is ok for one night stay but for more than one, be prepared to run to the reception for toiletries etc. For a 10 day stay, I had to ask for vacuuming of the carpet, dusting of the room and change of sheets.

Exterior of property in great shape. New, modern looking lobby and dining area. Good breakfast...would be better if they had more fruit options. Coffee was not good. Guest rooms are outdated. Carpet in room didn't seem clean. Bathroom seemed recently updated and very nice, but bedroom was dated. Old, nicked up furniture. Bed was ok. Had a decent sleep. Overall good experience and value for the price.
