Free breakfast and great location!
They have wood/laminate floors!!! No rugs. It feels cleaner and more modern. There’s a fridge to keep our water cold. One thing…our room had a funky smell. May need to change bed skirting. Why have it? Keep it minimal in these rooms- less to worry about. Get ride of armoire- put a long, narrow desk to place our bags instead of broken closet. Need more flat surfaces.

Sickening mold smell
Run away from this hotel!! The hall smelled like urine and febreeze, the room was so damp and musty the smell was sickening like mold. I had to move my family to another hotel after the first night. Woman at the front desk was so rude and wanted to charge me for additional days, for leaving. Terrible customer service, will never stay at another best western

Very clean and comfortable stay while visiting York! The breakfast was good and the room was clean and very friendly staff! As a dairy free person I always say there should be more options at breakfast for that, but that’s at no fault of the hotel! 🙂

They need to up their game on pillows. Didn't sleep well, tossed alot. Woke up with soar neck every morning. I like staying at Best Westerns, but this one need to up their game and get new pillows. The ones they have are flat. Not comfortable at all.

Although it was clean, there is an odd smell that lingers throughout the hotel. It seems to be a mixture of humidity, urine, and air freshener. This is present in rooms and hallways. There were no towels or water in gym area, and the treadmill did not work. Pool was ok. Breakfast was nice as well. Good location.

We have have stayed at the Best Western York Inn frequently over the past fifteen years or so, and the quality of the hotel has deteriorated noticeably. While the outside looks nice enough, the rooms have not been updated at all and neither have the hallways. The carpets are in need of cleaning. The white comforter on one of the two beds in our room had stains on it, one of the three dresser drawers was completely broken and unusable (the hotel staff did send up a maintenance person to look at it once we reported it). Daily housekeeping is a thing of the past - you have to track down additional towels, toilet paper, etc. We won't be booking with them again, certainly note at $250/night.

I liked the receptionists at the front desk. They were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The same goes for the chambermaids. You should leave a note or envelope to leave them a tip in. The one thing that needs improvement is the feeling of the towels. I believe they are too thin and not soft enough. But on the whole I would recommend this as a good place to stay. The sheets were Heavenly!

Best stay ever!
They are wicked comfortable and everything was good food wise! Their pool was warm and clean. The hotel overall was amazing!! Its definitely one I would recommend to others and definitely one ill be coming back to!
