Comfortable hotel close to everything. Loved the space in the lobby to chill out. Staff are great. Comfy beds. Liked the ice and water dispenser on each floor. Has a little bar fridge in the room as well. We were on the other side of the hotel to 8th Avenue, which made it quiet. Only downside was the room temperature was a little hard to regulate initially, but we got it sorted. Would definitely recommend.

Location was amazing. Room was a great size and was serviced each day to a highly professional level. Doorman were friendly and courteous. Only disappointment was no laundry facility, but close to laundromat anyway.
