Cottage A is a cozy 2-BR, 400 sq ft, (1 queen, 1 single-over-full bunk bed) with full bathroom and stocked kitchen. Each BR has an AC unit for ease of temperature control.

** Long-term stays: I require cottages to be fully cleaned and sanitized weekly for long term stays. The cleaners will change the towels and bed linens, and respectfully clean around your belongings. Cleaning will take place weekly in the afternoon starting one week from check in date, unless otherwise discussed.

Very cozy
The property as described is 450 sq feet...the pictures and description are accurate...great for short stay...easy access to beaches and I95 although planes will fly overhead ...the yard area is very nice and access is easy...no stairs..but the unit was not comfortable for a month stay as there is no cupboard in the second small bedroom, no dry goods storage in the kitchen and until we asked for a space heater no heat during a very cold (48 ) wet period,. There is a very uncomfortable small daybed with feather pillows in the only seating common area. There is no washer or dryer.So a great place for shorter term or if these issues we had don't concern you. particularly cold and wet period

Lauren's VRBO is one of two connected cottages at the end of the driveway behind the main house. The VRBO was clean and well-stocked per the description. For anything else, there's a supermarket within walking distance. There was always parking available on the street in its quiet neighborhood. While the VRBO is small, the outdoor common area was a nice place to unwind after the kids were put to bed once the seating was turned to not look at the back of the main house. Taking one of Lauren's inflatable paddleboards to Phil Foster park turned out to be one of the trip highlights.

Just what we needed.
The property was perfect for our two night stay. We really just needed a bathroom and a place to sleep, and this place was just right for that! The beds and bathroom were clean, and the AC cooled the place down immediately. Towels and wash clothes were provided as well!

Great location, good for an overnight travel on your own!
Wonderfully located property and great amenities to make you feel at home! Only thing that was a bit difficult was that the first bedroom was tough to get the temperature right for the a/c throughout the night and it was also a bit loud, so just prepare ahead of time and keep it in mind! Still great experience and thankful for Lauren hosting this spot!

Peaceful little casita
I LOVE it here. I would live here in this little casita. Completely adorable. Well decorated with thoughtful touches like beach towels, bath towels, coffee, sugar, full filtered water. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard at the bbq and picnic table to eat. Idyllic, calm, safe area. Very sweet and clean little 2 bedroom casita. We slept so well and Lauren is a kind and thoughtful host, she really looked out for us!

Super Domizil in toller Lage
Eine wirklich sehr zu empfehlene Unterkunft mit einer super lieben Vermieterin. Objekt liegt in Nähe der Autobahn, ohne dass man sie wahrnimmt. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke und zum Strand kann man bequem die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder nehmen. Lauren ist total lieb und hilfsbereit. Haus hat in der Küche alles, außer einen Backofen. Draußen ist ein Gasgrill. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder.
