I am proud to introduce a real high quality rental in West Palm Beach at VERY affordable rates.
This is not your regular short term rental, great amounts were spent on upgrades and brand new high quality furniture.
Property has been completely remodeled , here is some of the new features:
Outside: Brand new pool with light that changes colors, ivory travertine pavers around huge pool area, huge 15X20 feet tiki hut , new pool heater, saltwater system, Safavieh teak patio furniture, Kitchen Aid grill island with searing station and side burners. There is string light that changes the colors over the pool area and flame lights in the tiki hut, new sun lounges. Widened driveways for easy parking, well kept front and backyard.
Travertine tiles throughout the whole house, bamboo floor in master bedroom, high end vanities and mirrors with integrated light & ani fog features. All of the faucets in the house are German made (Hansgrohe), both toilets TOTO, one of the toilets has TOTO washlet (Bidet) with wash/dry function and heated toilet seat. New ceiling fans in every bedroom, stone countertop in the kitchen, Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, new washer/dryer.
Samsung TVs, BOSE surround sound system & kitchen radio, high end solid wood furniture & safavieh lamps.
The cottage next door does not have any physical access to your backyard, the pool or tiki hut, the backyard is completely fenced inn and there is only 1 long term tenant staying at the cottage. The home and the pool was very nice but, The occupied apartment abutting the pool did not create a comfortable setting of privacy that appeared to be in the listing.For that reason my wife and I would not stay again

Loved this tiki paradise

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed relaxing by the pool, grilling dinner, and watching movies in the evening in the tiki hut. It was an outdoor oasis that we thoroughly enjoyed. While we ventured out several times for dinner and sights at the local beaches, we were pleased to return to this space. The home was clean and easy to access. The location is residential and backs up to a school. Overall, this is fine, but need to expect the noise during the day. We really enjoyed our time here and loved the tiki hut amenities.

Amazing property, super close to the best beaches in West Palm Beach!

This is such an amazing property and is super close to the best beaches in West Palm Beach! The heated pool was a favorite for the kids and we loved hanging out grilling at the tiki hut. House was very clean and included everything we forgot to bring and so much more. Our favorite beach was peanut island which is only a 10 minute drive away. Jupiter dog beach, Riviera beach and John D. MacArthur Beach State Park are very close as well. Would definitely come back here!

Girls 50th Birthday Trip

House is cute , based on reviews seems to be perfect however the location is very residential. I totally missed the comment of the guy living in the back house so sometimes we felt a little creeped out not that he did anything wrong . There’s no blow dryer in the house so make sure you pack one . Bathrooms soap dispensers were filled with dish soap which we found to be odd . The back yard was the reason we booked it it’s perfect , very comfy however it’s pretty unkept with leaves & debris probably from storm but we had nothing to clean it up with . One side has quite the amount of animal waste assuming cat from size & amount . When we had small remote issues or wanted pool heat on communication was very good .

Great location

Location of this home was convenient for all activities in Jupiter and West Palm Beach and close to airport. It was end of July, and with air set at 72 it was still really warm in some of the rooms. Ceiling fans helped. Also, we were unable to enjoy the beautiful backyard due to horrible mosquitos and the pool water temp was warmer than bath water. Would be beautiful in better weatherhelped. Amazing Family Vacay

Planned a family getaway but wanted to just stay at house and enjoy pool... We never left!!! House was fully loaded with everything you could need.. All I left house was to go food shopping, mind you the house was fully equipped to cook a thanksgiving dinner. Host was extremely easy to contact if we had any questions and had also left a welcome book thay pretty much told us everything we needed to know and some info for some places to go and eat. Host was also able to put a fence around pool which was great for my 2 year old daughter. I highly recommend and plan on staying again and checking out another property they have. If you are looking to unwind and just relax with loved ones and soak up the sun this is the place for you!!! Thank you so much Alex and Yana!

Short getaway

I wanted to get out of town for a couple nights just to unwind and this was a great place to do that. The house doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is very charming and the backyard (which we spent almost all of our time) was great. Nice pool, perfect outdoor seating area with grill, lights, and a flat screen tv. Pool inflatables are a nice touch. We had a great time, thank you!

Spring Training with friends

We enjoyed our stay at 'Tiki Paradise'. It was a little more compact than the pictures let on. But we mostly sat out under the tiki hut the majority of the time we were there. The only thing was there was no dish soap for us to do the dishes and the space on the bathroom sinks was not very accommodating for getting ready. Otherwise, no complaints. Thank you!

Family Fun

Our family enjoyed making the Tiki Paradise house our home base while we visited for Spring Training. The kids enjoyed the pool which came with heating included (huge win) and the adults loved the tiki lounge area with beautiful landscaping and fun lighting. Beds were very comfortable, everything was super clean, and the host was extremely quick to respond. The only thing that could be improved is having more basic supplies for guests which are standard at other VRBO properties we've stayed at. We were surprised to find out the grill had no propane and the guestbook said we were expected to buy our own propane tank. We also expected there to be toiletries like shampoo and soap - tough to fly in from CA & get in at 11pm looking forward to a shower and find out there are no toiletries. Kitchen could also use additional supplies "pay it forward" style such as cooking spray/olive oil and dish soap. (Dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent were provided.) These little details would have made the stay perfect. Great house and outdoor space and convenient to Spring Training and the beach!

Graduation trip

Outside space was perfect - it backs up to a school so at some times during the day it would get a little loud with kids walking the track, but privacy fence helped. It had another renter in back quarters, but never saw them and hopefully we didn’t brother him.

Awesome get away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay this past week! There were only 4 of us, but we certainly could have slept at least 3 more people comfortably. The backyard paradise was everything and more! We spent most of our time floating, playing games, and enjoying dinner out back. The property has a grill and everything you need to cook, bake, and/or grill a perfect meal. There is an awesome grocery store-super presidente, which was right around the corner. They had every kind of fresh catch, fruit, and vegetable you could imagine, at such amazing prices. The beach is also close by and there are chairs and a cooler for use, if you don’t bring your own. We definitely would recommend this home for a family get away and peaceful get away. Thanks for a great week! PS- as far as the other comments regarding the renter in the small bungalow next door on the property, we had zero issues. He was very rarely there and when he did come home, he was very quiet and even turned the engine off on his motorcycle before he pulled in the driveway. I’m not sure what the other commenters concerns were, since it was never an issue for us during our 7 day stay.
