Very good stay indeed. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Supplied an iron. Little critisisms: not enough milk for the tea, asked the staff if they could deal with a fly in our room whilst we were away and they said yes. The fly was still there on our return and the other staff said they didn't deal with that sort of thing. I asked for fly killer and there was none. I ended up killing the fly myself. Not much of an issue but would've been good if they said at first that I had to deal with it myself. Just a little niggle.

Just stayed at this property, the staff were really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you to the night manager who came out in the early morning to check I was OK and offer me a coffee when I was sitting out on a bench waiting for the RAC man after an issue with my car. All staff we met were really helpful and friendly, the room was clean and airy - really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful family friendly hotel.
Wonderful stay, room extremely spacious , however it was a little warm. Breakfast and evening meal was lovely , however the restaurant can get a little hot in warmer weather. Perhaps fans or more open windows may help. Wonderful surroundings and stunning views. Family friendly hotel, will happily stay again.

We had a very nice stay at the Wookey Hole Hotel. We stayed for two nights. We arrived really late on our first night, with only 5 minutes left until they stopped doing dinner, but it was no problem to get us in for food. We were very grateful as we had a five year old with us who was very hungry! The food was very tasty and enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and bright, and we overall had no issues however the shower wasn't the best and could benefit from updating. The hotel was perfect for our stay as we visited Wookey Hole Caves whilst there before moving on up country the second day. We were very happy with our stay for the price, and would probably stay there again if we were in the area.
