The property had many international tourists. It is a short walk from the Yellowstone entrance, restaurants and grocery stores. They had a coin laundry available. The pool was well maintained. Breakfast was good. Did have a minor dispute with Wotif in that I wanted to stay one fewer day and processes to do that seemed not to exist.

Overall an OK stay. Overpriced but I guess that’s the area. The room was ok but bathroom needed repairs on the walls and tub. Breakfast was nothing special and watching the bus load of tourists grab things by hand out of the bread cabinet made me lose my appetite. Follow up from Manager is very poor as I had called 3 times with a request regarding my receipt and never any follow up. Told to leave her a message on her voice line but funny thing - the message box was full and would not take a message. Sounds like a manager who does not follow up or want to. One staff took my phone number in a sarcastic manner - making me suspect no one would ever call. And they haven’t.

As a popular and very convenient entry point to Yellowstone, hotels can charge premium rates. So I won't complain about the price. However, this hotel has definitely seen better days. It is a bit shabby and the parking was challenging for convenient loading and unloading of the car. Nevertheless, it met all my needs.

Rooms were big and clean. Place was decent for a stay. However tv was non existence for the most part. Tv is a streaming service and the wifi was horrible. So,if you need to watch tv probably not a good choice of hotel.

Loved that they are pet friendly. The facility was clean, but aged. The carpet is questionable. Wyat at the check in was very friendly. He worked hard to get the computer to do what he needed it to do, to match our reservation. Only decaf coffee available for the rooms. :/ Overall, served our needs. The beds/pillows were comfortable.

The stay was good. You did get a Continental breakfast, which wasn’t bad. The worst part of this hotel was the TV. You couldn’t figure out the TV how to get any movies or anything. Not user friendly.

Everyone was very nice. Rooms very clean and a great continental breakfast. Coffee was the best. If you dont travel a lot and like to watch tv a nightand have a Netflix account,bring your passwords. I would recommend the hotel.

Rarely complain but staff needs way more training
Check in was interesting, went to the front desk on arrival and was greeted by a very nice lady (Jeanie). She was kind of new to this type of service industry but tried super hard. Gave us our key to the room and when we got there it had not been made up yet, so returned to the see Jeannie and let her know this and changed us to another room that had only one bed when we requested and paid for 2 beds. Went back for the third time to see Jeannie and she was super confused on what to do so was dished off to another person that was not in a good mood and finally got us into a room that was across the hall from our friends (which was nice) though it had been over an hour of waiting and changes. Got to our room and all seemed ok though a bit dated. Check on one of the beds and it had a bit of a leaning problem and was not comfortable at all. The next day I found a 2 x 4 cut off I had in the back of my truck and used it to prop up the bed to a more level setting which helped a bit. My wife likes to watch TV later in the evening and well that never worked. Called to see how to fix it and they blamed it on the local service provider and offered no solution. Asked for someone to repair and nobody showed up in the 15-20 minute time frame so we left and when we came back it was on and lasted about 90 minutes and it just froze up and never worked for the rest of our stay there. Again a gentleman working at the desk blamed it on the provider. More probs but ran out of space OMG
