Seemed like homeless people were staying there. Found a drunk person sleeping in our hall at 8pm?!?! Phones don’t work - tv barely works- food horrible . Pool not worth it and looks unclean . Shower doesn’t have proper shampoo( only 2 conditioners ). Ice machines were all broken ?!?! Very very sketchy people staying there ! The front desk seemed to know nothing and half them didn’t speak English ! Avoid !

Shocking hotel
Really poor hotel room. Issues with the tv. Kept changing channel. The aircon jumped from freezing cold to boiling hot on its own. The lift felt very unsafe and smelt awful. On the final day of my 3 night stay the water was turned off for plumbing works. There was no water, couldnt flush the toiket have a shower or make a hot drink. Absolutely awful hotel. How is this a hilton?

This property is quite old but was ok for the time we were there. The staff was very nice and friendly. We felt safe and had no issues while there. Other than the age of the property everything was fine. A few updates would help a lot.

Linen in the first room had holes in them and we found hair on the bed. They changed our room ofcourse. The front desk persons were not at all friendly and did not even smile and greet while we checked in and out. The swimming pool was out of service. The hallway had piled up trash all day. Housekeeping people were talking on the phone loudly. As a Hilton honors member, I was very disappointed.

Very nice stay. The Only comment is even though is non smoking facilities the stinking of people smoking weed stays on the hallways of each floors. Unless people do use it in the rooms. What happens with people who does not like it or the smell?
