The room was quite clean, as were the bed linens. The bed was comfortable. The room had a lot of marble in it and looked nice. (Be careful if the bathroom floor gets wet, though -- it can be slippery!) TV channel selection was poor.

I like the woodwork throughout. Very relaxed atmosphere. Neighbors above me were loud til around 10pm. I’ll stay there again.

The property and facility is immaculate and very inviting. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I had wonder dinners and the service was amazing. Viana is now my go to.

It was very loud in the middle of the night, our room ended up being right outside the elevator and there were 2 wedding parties staying there! It was loud for hours and we were unable to get any sleep and to say it wasn’t cheap to stay there is an understatement. We were very disappointed in our stay!
