Great breakfast and friendly staff. This would have been a perfect stay had it not been for the train running through in the middle of the night and early morning.

The location was excellent, the property was beautiful, staff were lovely, and all in all, it was very welcoming. I appreciate they allow pets but since I had a very small pet that required. Nothing at all I found the pet fee a little high. Perhaps it refundable pet deposit would be a better solution. Welcoming glass of wine and the lovely breakfast we’re really appreciated.

Lovely inn in Eugene!

What a lovely, intimate spot! Beautiful grounds, with lovely touches everywhere. Our room was comfortable and private and the jetted tub was awesome. Made to order breakfast was delicious! The only negatives are that the beautiful, antique bed squeaked very loudly when one of us turned over :(. We would love to come back in the spring when the garden is blooming!
