This hotel has been recently renovated so, while it’s an older hotel, the rooms are fresh and clean. Comfy bed, friendly service!

Ehhh, swing and a miss
The room was clean and well-cared for. Mattress seemed new & good quality. The location is iffy; right across the street from used car dealer and close to a wrecking yard and a couple manufacturing operations with heavy truck traffic. Room is oddly configured, no closet. Price seemed high to me for what I got. But I’m old and cranky.

Perfect for a stay close to the airport. Don’t let the outside fool you, the rooms are updated and great, staff was super nice, very reasonable rate. The only downside was not much nearby in the area for choices to eat and things to do, but for travelers it’s a great choice. This was my second stay here and I will be staying again whenever I fly in to Eugene.

I needed to stay close to the Eugene airport. The Royal Inn was perfect. I arrived a few hours early, but the staff staff was so helpful. They were able to get me into a room. The room appeared larger than most hotel rooms. But maybe it was the way it was set up. Nice size refrigerator, and microwave for someone who is staying longer than one night. I had no transportation, but there is a restaurant right across the street. The menu looked great. I kept it simple with a hamburger which was perfect.

Just a pit stop on our way home. Had to be at the airport at 3:30 AM. Got the number for Oregon Taxi from the front desk. He picked us up at our door, on time and it was a smooth trip. Great service. Our room was newly remodeled (very good job done), clean and comfortable. Make sure you have snacks and drinks with you (we did). Otherwise it was a very good experience.

The hotel was conveniently located for airport and rental car access from airport. Convenience, cleanliness, and reasonable price were big selling points. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Decent Place Tp Stay
It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but it was a clean comfortable room. Check in was quick and easy, I came in around 1000 pm. Only negatives, in a gritty, industrial area. They only do room service every other day but only had 1 packet of coffee, had to go to manager to get another for Day 2. Last little gripe, bathroom sink area poorly lit to shave and put in my contacts. Need better lighting around mirror. Did not regret staying here!

First the good things. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and it's very close to the airport. My room was clean and had cold air, a refrigeratorand a microwave. Unfortunately my bed was lumpy and not only did I not feel safe walking up to the convenience store but the men that were in the room next to me sounded very intoxicated and were loud. At 2:30 I decided I would be better off waiting at the airport for my 6:00 a.m. flight and called an uber *To be fair, I live in a quiet, safe, small town so maybe it wouldnt be scary for others
