I really appreciate the extra touches the staff did toale us comfortable! It was so close to all the Black Hills activities! We could even walk places. Also has beautiful hikes and outstanding views in Hill city.

The room was dirty, the thermostat was falling off the wall, the outside entry door would not work to get back in, several alcohol bottles were laying around the parking lot, when checking in and checking out know one was at the front desk. I stood there for several minutes before someone came.

The staff was fabulous; the rate was great, and the room was clean! My cons were that the smoke detector wasn’t functional (hanging down from ceiling and wires not connected!!) NO coffee pot in the room, window didn’t open, no hook to hang clothes in the bathroom.

This was a great hotel for our family vacation! The staff was wonderful and it was very clean. We walked down to Main St many times throughout the week for shopping and dinners. It is a calm location with a nice walking trail behind it.
