We stayed here 7 months ago and loved it, so we thought we'd stay again while passing through town. This time was very different. The staff was still friendly and wonderful. However, we found a plastic tooth flosser in our bed when I pulled the sheets down to go to sleep. I have no idea how someone made the bed and did not feel or see this item right smack in the middle of it. Management apologized but did not seem to care. The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted to the shower wall were extremely difficult to squeeze. I had to use 2 hands just to get anything out of them, and it wasn't much. The lotion dispenser was completely empty. After check-in, the shower water was only luke warm but the sink water was hot. It seemed as if there was something that prevented the shower faucet from turning to hot all of the way. On the morning of check-out, I had hot water for a few minutes and then we were back to luke warm again. A good shower and a good bed are important to me when travelling, and this time was definitely a let down. I won't stay here again. There are too many other options in the area.
