The room was filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom and hair ties on the floor. Looks like they just washed the sheets and didn’t clean anything else. There was even smeared poop on the toilet seat. The room had a couch and it looked like the couch had been pulled out of the dumpster.

During check-in, they required a $100 deposit. When I asked them to accompany me to the room to make sure there were no holes in the wall before I plunked down the deposit they refused. Next morning went down for breakfast. a joke, frozen potato cakes and sausages in the freezer. no warming pan, nothing. asked what to do, guy said put em in the microwave! won't stay again

The check in was perfect the gentlemanat the desk was wonderful. Room was clean and for the price amazing. We have truly no complaints. I travel alot for work and places that are affordable and decent like this make my life so much easier.

I found dark hairs in my "clean" room, bad and bathroom. It was very noisy by the highway and very thin walls. Breakfast- they did not have any spoons and when I asked, no way to obtain spoons for cereal and both waffle irons were broken. I would not stay again even though it was cheap. Also, both Expedia itself and hotel have been horrible with following what they advertise. It's a long story but I cancelled one night many hours before the deadline to be charged for an extra night. But the hotel never answers their phone (I called 6 times and someone only answered once) and an Expedia communication nightmare has caused me to have to pay for 2 nights here though I only stayed one (and cancelled the other night when I told both Expedia and the hotel to cancel the 2nd night well within my allowed timeframe to do so for a refund.) Still waiting on my refund from Expedia even though I personally had the hotel agree to a refund before the given timeline. I definitely would not stay at this hotel again even though it was cheap. And am debating never using Expedia again, even though I've used them for decades. I fear of getting the same horrible service for schedule changes (when I did more than my part within described policies, to get my refund)

Conveniently inconvenient
First and foremost, I’d pass up the low room rate advertised, it’s not worth it. Location is in a sketchy area of town, ended up paying $175 for the sub par room. $100 “refundable deposit is required. Pay it in cash so it’s returned after checkout or wait up to 7 weeks like I am currently. There are plenty of hotels for less in a better part of town, that have updated features and items that bring value such as shampoo and lotion dispensers unlike the smaller generic bathroom items this hotel is supplying. Save your hundred bucks and sleep in the south end of town. Horrible representation of America and being best at anything.
