This is my 2nd time here. Friendly, helpful staff, clean lobby & rooms. Hallway was a little dirty and property around the hotel could use a little sprucing up, but overall a nice place.

We were given a room with a broken window and the room had an order that bothered my wife. Their excuse was they knew about it but were waiting for a replacement. We were able to get another room after some discussion. If that was the case they should’ve taken the room off and left it vacant.

Avoid this La Quinta
I've enjoyed many amazing stays at La Quinta Inns, but not the one in Ft. Collins. My biggest complaint is that there was visible dirt and debris in all the corners, including the bathroom. Paint peeling off the door casing in the bath did not help matters.
