The most disgusting place Iv ever stayed
do not stay at this property! I'll just leave the photos for you to see how disgusting this place was, and the photos that are on Hotels.com do not match the property, we paid extra to book a cottage, this was not a cottage! in the photos, it showed it had a new bathroom, kitchenette, and completely different set up for the room Layout, this room was nothing like the photos, disgusting clogged sink, dead flies, we left after checking in and when I went to return the keys to the property manager, I expressed my concern over the false advertising in the photos on Hotels.com he proceeded to yell at me call me a cheapskate and followed me to my car, screaming obscenities, as I tried to leave! I have never in my life experienced such a thing, the last thing I am in this world is a cheapskate, but when you book some thing you expect to get what you paid for, this place is a joke. Do not stay here. I'm gonna leave the photos here for you to see the condition of this property.

Cheap and nasty accommodation. Looks fine in the photos, but in real life, everything was either dirty or grubby. The bed mattresses had huge dips in them, so were extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear the neighbor until 1.30am in the morning. Good location - but not a good place to stay. This place needs a makeover!

An older but funky place - it shows its age, and the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but the housekeeper made it a priority and had it ready by the we returned from a local brew pub - so it worked out! Would stay again.

the bathroom needs to be repaired before this room is booked again. The toilet is about to break off of the plumbing and it will flood sewage and then the entire room will need to be redone. Other repairs need to be done in the bathroom as well. This place needs a total repair overall. Its location is ideal. But the place is very rundown. With repair, It could be wonderful. The staff offer very good customer service but they are limited by the physical conditions of the buildings and my guess, what the owners are willing to do. The customer service this staff offers is what would be expected at a fine establishment. They could work elsewhere in better conditions. I felt overcharged and that the description was deceiving.

Don't stay here. I changed rooms twice! Fought with hotels.com for a refund that would come in 7 to 10 business days. NO HOUSEKEEPING for our entire stay of 4 days was given! Bring your own towels and blanket! They told me there were no other options! The live roaches, Spiders, one person stand up shower, dog pee smelling, nose blind housekeeper that doesn't smell it! Small single unit AC doesn't cool, smells dirty, horrible stained carpet, dumpster furniture in rooms, moldy shower curtain, stained sheets, no blinds in windows, sheer curtains, no black out curtains, creaking noises as your walking the plywood walkways. Good things: high water pressure, hot water, microwave, mini fridge, quite area, didn't ask for $100 deposit.

Dilapidated unkepted dirty run down dried out yard with stickers and trash. As I said to you as I told another logging service, you need to check out the property before you represent it

Quick one nighter- exactly what’s needed, no more
We had a bit of a delay on arrival. Couldn’t reach any one at the desk for about 10/15 minutes. Once they arrived we had a very fast check in and they were super apologetic. They fortunately remembered that there were no towels in the room and provided us with two full sets before heading up. $100 does not get you much these days, especially in California. The sheets were clean and crisp, which was well appreciated. The carpet had several stains but otherwise felt clean/appeared. We did not touch the provided chair. I’ll spare many details- the room could definitely use some simple updating to go a long way- fresh coat of paint, new curtains, curtain rods, cover for bathroom fan, maybe connect it to a switch. The bed caved in the middle so my partner and I were fighting gravity all night only to be repeatedly sucked back to the center. Shower had great pressure and bathroom was clean. Check out was easy, they just asked us to leave the key in the room. If you are on a budget and need a place for the night, this spot has the necessities and the things that are most important are clean and tidy.

In need of serious renovation, really nice staff
The staff were very polite, kind, and helpful. The room we were in was extremely run down and the mattress was really uncomfortable. The first coffee maker was broken and the replacement worked great but I had to clean it first as it had dead bugs in the filter compartment. There were also dead bugs in the window runner and the drapery rod was held up with duct tape. The towels were clean and there was soap but no shampoo/conditioner. The furniture was functional but looked like stuff you find at a low-end thrift store. The room was quiet aside from the early morning garbage truck on Friday. Since the staff were so kind and the room was quiet I gave it 2 stars. Otherwise, the 2 stars is a serious stretch. It’s too bad because if this place was renovated, it could be a fetching charming getaway. As it was, it was more like a “no-tell motel”.

Awful Live in Tenant Awful Owner Great Manager.
I just had major cancer surgery. Am on oxygen. I had front door open to set my luggage outside to move to car. Young woman was 2’ from open door smoking. I said no smoking she got mad and stepped right in front of my door blowing smoke into my room. This is a non smoking hotel. She lives there. Cops were called by manager he was concerned for my health. Owner was called nothing was done. She is still living there in room 6 so stay away. I talked to owner he didn’t care. Manager was outstanding. He stood up for me and wanted her out. It’s the owner that doesn’t care. 👍 to manager 👎to owner.
