Very nice hotel.. it's well placed between Denver and Boulder. There are a few nice dining options nearby along a quiet promenade. Rooms were nice, quiet and provided a good night's rest. There's a small shop for convenience items right inside the hotel which was great for that midnight snack or forgotten razor.

Staff was awesome, grounds are beautiful and had fun watching several ice hockey teams’ practice games at the Ice Arena next to the Hotel. 2 surprising issues were - one of the closet doors was separating from its frame, and the hot/cold bathroom handles were not consistent-to get hot water, you Pull the hot water handle towards you, to get cold water, you Push the handle away from you. They should both operate the same way, fyi. Room 535

I really liked the way the staff treated me, they were very polite and helpful… besides I loved that they have a sustainable option to provide shampoo, bath gel and conditioner. Plus, I really loved that they offered Starbucks coffee at my room.

Overall, this hotel is fantastic! This would be my 2nd time. Its location was perfect because it’s right between where my uncle and aunt lives when I visit. Staff was super friendly and place was clean. The only complaint I have was we were told we’d get a room w/ a king size bed and queen size sofa pull out. The sofa pull out turned out to be a double size and it wasn’t as comfortable as we were told. Nevertheless, EVERYTHING was great!! .

Ice machines on our floor (4th) were empty, as were ice machines on 3rd and second floors. mentioned this issue to 3 separate hotel staff members shortly after check in on 8/10, problem (no ice) not resolved next morning 8/11 upon check out. when checking out, statement made “I hope you enjoyed your stay “. Person was visibly confused when I stated it was not and told her about ice issue not being resolved. This property does not fulfill my expectations of Hyatt service.
