Cozy Family Cabin with Studio!! Great Week or Weekend get away!!

Quiet Cozy Family Cabin, Located in the LACC 3bd 2b 1 Cal King, 1 Bunkbed-top twin/bottom full, 1 full size beds in the main house. Plenty of space for air mattress that you provide. Additional Studio above the garage w/1 bath 1 King bed and plenty of room for an air mattress you provide additional sleeping capacity up to 4 people, includes coffee pot, mini fridge and microwave additional cost of $120.00 per night will apply. You provide linens, pillows and towels. Kitchen includes all cookware and utensils. BBQ on the deck with an extra large ice chest. The house has plenty of DVD’s, games, dice, kids toys, basketball court in driveway, WiFi and a guest Net-flicks account.

You must pay a fee charged by the LACC for renting a property. Charge of $150.00 must be paid for upon check-in a form will be sent to you 30 days prior to check-in unless other arrangement's have been made to pre-pay your fees. Charges include the family fun activities in the area including Sunday concerts in the park, fishing, boat ramps, beach access for day use/swimming, sports center, basketball, bocce ball, disc golf and much more. Getting your Boat in and out of the driveway is a breeze. Boat Fees will apply $100.00 please ask for form. Additional cost for studio due at time of booking. No Pets allowed, No smoking allowed, No Party's

Relaxing mountain house
We stayed at the house because we were in the area for a wedding, and this house provided us a place for the bride and the bridesmaids to get dressed and ready for the wedding. It was a very fun weekend.
