This lovely, recently refurbished 2 bedroom cottage sits in an exclusive cul-de-sac in the very heart of the scenic award winning Yorkshire village of Boston Spa with gorgeous river and countryside walks on your doorstep and red kites soaring overhead. Boston Spa is diverse and bustling with new and established cafes, restaurants and bars only a minutes walk away. St Mary's Cottage has a beautiful private rear garden for family play and outdoor dining and a separate private parking area.

Recently voted again in 2024 by the Sunday Times as the best village to live in the North of England, we're pleased to say that this year St Mary's Street has been highlighted as being in the very best location in the village. Boston Spa boasts golden-stone houses, Georgian architecture and the social cachet that comes from mixing it with some of Yorkshire’s yummiest mummies and St Mary's Street is in the very heart of the village. Within close reach of Leeds, Harrogate and York it it has it's own thriving restaurant and bar scene as well as being home to the great and the good, premiership footballers and other well known celebrities.

St Mary's Cottage nestles snuggly in the centre of Boston Spa only 100 metres from all the fabulous dining venues the village has to offer including L'Aquila, Da Carlo's, La Casita, Salt and the fabulous newly opened 'The Crown at Boston Spa' and many more.

In the daytime enjoy beautiful river walks alongside the River Wharfe just a couple of minutes from your door or perhaps enjoy a day trip to nearby Wetherby and Harrogate.

Situated in a small cul-de-sac, 'St Mary's Cottage' provides a fabulously relaxing and convenient 'home from home' from which to explore the local area. The 'shabby chic' decor has been designed to be understated yet elegant whilst providing all the facilities you could possibly require from your accommodation.

We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as we possibly can so we have equipped our beautiful home with everything you’ll need for a fantastic stay and as a base to explore the surrounding area.

Double bedroom one can be made up with either two twin beds or one king size bed and the second double bedroom contains a full size double bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Bedroom One has a delightful garden view and Bedroom Two a quiet Georgian street vista. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for each new guest.

The charming lounge has a large sofa and separate armchairs and a large screen Smart TV for great viewing. Superfast Wifi is available free to all guests.

There is a separate dining space in the breakfast kitchen with dining table and stylish seating for when you and your friends decide to 'eat-in'. Eating 'alfresco' is also an option with chairs and table set out for you in the garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, toaster, induction electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, and other essential items such as washing machine and ironing board etc. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided for your convenience. Travel cot and high chair are available on request.

St Mary's Cottage has it's own easily accessible off street private parking area. Bus services to Leeds, Harrogate Tadcaster (and even Fountains Abbey) run through Boston Spa and there is a bus stop in the village centre a few metres away.

Boston Spa lies close to the M1 and is centrally located between Harrogate, York and Leeds. The famous brewery town of Tadcaster is 5 minutes away by car. Wetherby Racecourse is nearby and historic houses and estates including Fountains Abbey, Harewood House, Bramham Park and Newby Hall are all within easy reach as are the Yorkshire Dales. Any or all of these will provide a great day out.

Desirable wedding venues including Woodhall Spa, Rudding Park and ‘The Normans’ at Bilborough lie very close by.

Super little property just off the high street. Absolutely perfect for what we needed - an overspill for a family Christmas - the hosts could not have been more helpful, great communication.
