Ok Amy was amazing im the evening checkin - she got us the 1st floor request, that i needed , due to my bad knees. I felt like she went above normal check ins. The morning gal I felt sorry for her, trying to take care breakfast and check ins at the same time.. bravo to her for doing it. but come on hampton yu big enough company to supply some help.. now for the bad. The pool... Gross! smelt like piss.. like maybe someone urinated in it and they could not get it cleaned out. it was horrible.. i had to set i the hot tub to try to get the steam and hot water to cleans that nasty smell.. they need to work on fixing that pools smell and issues.

Our room was clean. Gave an average for property condition for hot tub not working and multiple leaks from the ceiling on the 3rd floor. Gave a poor outside condition as the town had a terrible snow storm and the parking lot was partially plowed. We had to go around the building to decide where to park and the back half was not plowed.

The hot tub and pool heater were broken.l so we could not use them. Toilet was dirty. And toilet roll holder kept falling off wall. Shower door was falling apart. Heat in room was terrible. Not comfortable at all. I expected better from this brand hotel.

No hot water in shower only. Didn't get a shower until they moved us in the morning. Wasn't offered compensation of any kind. Property is pretty run down and needs to be maintained better by Hampton.

Bugs, dirty bathroom, thin scratchy sheets, curtains didn’t close all the way, light fixture next to bed didn’t work even with three different light bulbs. Television didn’t work and staff stated they didn’t know how to fix it and that was that. I made my reservation two months in advance and still ended up with the wrong room type. I agreed to make it work when I spoke to the hotel on the phone, as I knew the hotel and all others were booked due to the wrestling tournament. As Hilton Honors member I am disappointed at the conditions in this property and the lack of care and courtesy from staff.

DIRTY - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
In reading reviews for this hotel before booking, and recognizing the Hampton name, we booked this hotel - I am not sure where all of these 4 and 5 star reviews came from, but they were NOT from this property. This hotel was extremely dirty - floors had not been vacuumed in ages, and in general, the rooms were dirty. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
