Horribly untrained service. No clean rooms with lots of people waiting. I to call another hotel to get a room. The new lady looks like a recovering drug addict. Had no idea how to get rooms. Kept asking people to come back in 20 minutes. Then, still had no rooms. I want a refund

No toilet paper...
We were able to check in about an hour & half early even though one of our rooms were still being cleaned (we knew this), but still gave us the keys so we didnt have to go back to the front desk. About 2 hours later the key to the 2nd room did not work & front desk said they needed to replace the batteries in the door. After getting those batteries replaced & able to get somewhat settled in the rooms, 4pm, we realized there was no toilet paper in either room, front desk said the person bringing the toilet paper would be there around 6pm & they would bring some to our rooms. We ended up going to walmart to buy some because no one ever showed up with any. Room #1 did not have a remote for the tv, we were able to get one from the front desk but most of the buttons didnt work. In this room the lights between the beds was pulled out of the wall. In room #2 the ac didnt work, we had it as low as it would go & the room never got under 74 degrees. The sink drain as well as the bathtub drain were very slow to drain. We went down for breakfast but quickly changed our minds. It looked like the sausage links were undercooked as well as the smashed tator-tots, the eggs looked over seasoned with some kind of green seasoning and very dry. The oatmeal was very clumpy, thick, and pastey. There was a loaf of bread out for toast but no bagels or muffins, no fresh fruit or yogurts. They did have 3 cereal options and waffels. This was by far the worst Hampton Inn we've every stayed at :(

Paint was peeling in the bathroom. There was no breakfast for 2 of the 3 days I was there. The sheets barely fit on the mattress and kept coming off. Overall, I was unimpressed for the price.

The wallpaper, bathroom and furniture was very worn. The shower doors were off track, the TV had no sound. We had a hard time finding people when we went to the desk. The key card did not work on the side door. We would have liked more that 3 pillows for a king size bed.

Rented a room to have a slumber party with my grandsons….carpet dingy, swimming pool was locked and dark…when opened, the water was freezing so we couldn’t swim…very disappointed

This property seems to have ownership that just doesn't care about anything, other than profit. The towels were worn out and the meager breakfast offerings were terrible. Some of the food seemed to have been warmed over from yesterday's breakfast. One day of our stay, the eggs had a strange "bluish" tint and clumps of some unidentifiable substance. One morning there was no meat offered. I overheard one of the staff comment that management, "did not provide enough money to purchase food for breakfast." This stay was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for a Hilton property.

Great experience with friendly employees
We came to the hotel after experiencing a gas leak at home. We were greeting by a helpful young lady that unfortunately I didn't get her name. Room was pleasant for our family as we had our 3 grandkids spending the night. We were checked in quickly and we were able to get a good sleep with the few hours left of the early morning arrival. Breakfast offered a variety of cold and hot food. Food was tasty and proper temperatures. Tara checked us out of our room prompt, efficient and with a smile!

Couldnt get keys for room. Had to use stairs up to 3rd floor refrigerator is noisy. No closet or hangers hard to get room warm and snow and ice on all sidewalks. Bathroom mirror dirty shower dirty. Elevator sounded like it was going out. To much to pay for this.
