Within a short drive, you'll find Tauranga's sandy beaches and the serene Waipapa River, winding through Kaimai Mamaku Forest Park. Mount Maunganui Ocean Beach is also just a quick drive away, with Hamilton and the scenic Waikato region an hour's drive from here.
Nearby attractions include the majestic Wairere Falls, the scenic Te Puna Quarry Park, and the peaceful McLaren Falls Park. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny house with easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for you to use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We would like to inform you that this accommodation is a farm stay with farm animals on site which sometimes creates noise. If you're not an early riser, we recommend bringing earplugs.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the tiny house and can explore the farm with their hosts' permission. However, guests will not be allowed to enter paddocks where the cows are grazing or enter farm buildings.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
Farm guidelines
- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property
- Keep a safe distance from farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Always remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health
PLEASE READ: We advise guests with young children keep an eyes on them at all times as there are water troughs and electric fencing on the farmlet .
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
