Our room was comfortable...nothing special but worked for us and was affordable. Loved the easy access to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. We walked everywhere..note that underground parking was $26/24 hrs. The pool area was large and had 2 hot tubs..area was clean and was open 10 to 10. We stayed 3 nights. Room stocked with everything we needed..even had small dishwasher..We likely would upgrade our room if we stayed again.

Great great away!
Great spot, lovely pool, hot tubs, gym. Right next to village stroll. We had a studio but there are several room choices. Good size, clean plus it had a kitchenette. The only thing I would have changed was to have blinds that would open all the way to enjoy the magnificent mountain views.

Very nice hotel, staff was super friendly. The pool and hot tubs are the best part they are really nice and they are clean. The hot tubs are always crowded tho. They don't give daily cleaning service to your room but they provide you with everything you need, you can just ask at the front desk. They let us check in a few hours early. The tv didn't work when we first checked in but we told the front desk and they fixed it promptly. Overall it was a nice experience and I would stay here again

Enjoyed the hot tub. Air conditioning didn’t see to work. Wouldn’t let me set it at a cooler temp. Had to open the windows in the room. Parking garage had lots of spots but extremely difficult to park! The spaces were very tight! Had a very difficult and stressful time trying to park my SUV.

The property is dated and old. The bed was broken and though we asked for help, other than coming to see and agree that it was broken, they did nothing. We ended up not staying and paid to stay at another hotel across the street.

Bait and Switch! Very poorly maintained room
First was that we felt we were deceived in the size and layout of the room. It was significantly smaller than the photo on the booking and had no bay window with a seating area. There should have an actual photo if there are such big room differences and state the size of the room like most other postings in Whistler. Second, there were many maintenance issues: 1. TV did not work (turned on but picture was terrible, bad cable box?) 2. Dishwasher door was broken and fell off when we went to run it before leaving as Ace Cascade strongly requested in check out email. 3. Hot plate was not able to boil water nor heat food in a reasonable time. Needs to be replaced. 4. No dark out curtains. Room gets direct sun all morning and white blinds are not sufficient to provide sleeping after sunrise. 5. One sharp knife provided had a broken handle and unsafe 6. No pods provided for the nespresso and only one small coffee for half a regular pot provided. 7. No ice machine in the whole building

The room was in great condition and the both the bed and shower were comfortable and clean! Had some concerns about the security of the luggage storage service and I thought the pool layout was a bit confusing as I couldn't find the changerooms for a bit. Overall though the place was fantastic and great value and would definitely recommend!

5 mins from the village. Nice place but A/C did not work and my room was too close to the road so too much noise. Nice hotel and nice staff but my room had no fan and the lights in the washroom are way too bright. Not enough wall plugs. Overall ok.
