Been to many hotels that allowed late check outs, right now its off season in November, barely any guests yet they enforcing the early checkout, receptionist with a straight rude tone said there's guests coming specifically to our room, WHEN THE WHOLE BUILDING IS VACANT. plus no house keeping and loud construction in the morning.

The property was clean. I wish the pool & hot tub was open til at least 11pm for adults - 10 pm was too early. The condo was good overall. However in the shower it would have been great to have some towel racks to hang things on OR even grab bars to assist with getting in and out of the tub as it was a big step for a senior to maneuver. I think the $130 host fee was way over priced but we needed a separate bedroom for our mother.

It was what I expected, great location, good amenities, good service. Of course I never like paying for parking when I already spent a ton on the room but Whistler is expensive and will dig into your pockets whenever it can!

Our room was comfortable...nothing special but worked for us and was affordable. Loved the easy access to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. We walked everywhere..note that underground parking was $26/24 hrs. The pool area was large and had 2 hot tubs..area was clean and was open 10 to 10. We stayed 3 nights. Room stocked with everything we needed..even had small dishwasher..We likely would upgrade our room if we stayed again.

Great great away!
Great spot, lovely pool, hot tubs, gym. Right next to village stroll. We had a studio but there are several room choices. Good size, clean plus it had a kitchenette. The only thing I would have changed was to have blinds that would open all the way to enjoy the magnificent mountain views.

Very nice hotel, staff was super friendly. The pool and hot tubs are the best part they are really nice and they are clean. The hot tubs are always crowded tho. They don't give daily cleaning service to your room but they provide you with everything you need, you can just ask at the front desk. They let us check in a few hours early. The tv didn't work when we first checked in but we told the front desk and they fixed it promptly. Overall it was a nice experience and I would stay here again
