Our first room was far from the elevator all the way around the hallway not to mention the hallway that our room was on was freezing including the room so we just thought ok turn the heat on so we did and left went out for dinner thinking we were gonna come back to a nice toasty room but no the room was still blowing cold air so they switched out the room so it wasn’t terrible

We came into town for a family funeral. During our stay my special needs son fell down in the hallway and scraped his head. The staff were absolutely amazing and attentive to him. Making sure he was ok and got us what we needed to help him. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff and hotel. Breakfast was always ready, hot and replenished quickly.

Where do I start? First off, pool was closed semi permanently after calling and confirming it was open. Stuff was rude from the time we came in. One of the ladies in the front desk was talking so much with her friend that she ignored us, I got her name. Then they charged $75 per night for incidents when the sign etc clearly states that this is only to the entire room charge. The hold should have only been $75 but the charge $150 plus NY tax. There were boxes of candy and detergent packets stuck in couch at entry to elevator that stayed there our whole stay. Ground in gum and dirt throughout room carpeting. Mold in shower. Vent in bath covered in dust. We asked for a late check out and were reluctantly granted one till 12:30 pm. At 11:05 house keeping knock and walked right in. I was stand in Forrest in my underwear. I took my shower and at 11:30 I was walk out of shower naked and the head of house keeping knocked and flung the door before I could say anything. I told her we had a late check out and to not come in again. We had also requested a second towel for the two of us that never arrived. Our request to have maid service after our first night never happened. The place smelled stale. Breakfast was barely made available the first day, they seemed to have run out of food. Abruptly at breakfast closing time they literally pushed an nice older lady out and slammed the sliding steel door/enclosure. When I asked the front desk for change, they told me “no”. The breakfast should have been hot and yet it was cold & the eggs tasted awful! The hot water for tea was cold. I feel that charging a 15.00 fee to park on the property is outrageous when I'm paying a high price to stay at the hotel too. This will be my last time using the Hamton hotel!!! People beware of the extra fees your not told about!!!

I was dissatisfied with the carpet, dirty and stained.When I looked out the window I saw the rooftop of the hotel and nothing else. The toilet was about on foot from the wall, Im 6' 2" and 270 I had to lean to the side to be comfortable. I would have requested a different room, but just dropped my luggage off and had to go,I returned the next day to the room to find the definitive room. Refer to pictures I took of the room.

The bathroom floors were dirty. Pillows were flatter than the sheets. The comforter was shredded. They charged for parking in an empty lot. Breakfast was the best part to be honest.

Unfortunately for us this was the only hotel that had rooms available the day we needed. The women at the front desk were rude and flat. They charged us more than the $75.00 hold. I asked why and she said you have to pay for parking. I asked her why didn’t she mention that. How did she know how I got there. I could have taken a rideshare. She just looked at me. Honestly, shouldn’t you ask or mention what you are charging the person for? $15/ day for parking? Such a scam. No mention on website about pay to park. Also was given anything to display in the car windshield that we paid to park. Again, scam!! The room was filthy. The rugs alone were absolutely disgusting. The noise level in the halls was ridiculous all night long. Never again!
