Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located and architecturally designed modern apartment building located in the heart of downtown White Salmon.

Located one block from all of White Salmon’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique shops, and half a block from Rheingarten Park.

This is a newly built mixed use modern apartment building located in the heart of downtown White Salmon.
In this building we offer eight different short-term rentals. We have two penthouse units with small rooftop decks, four one bedroom suites, and four two bedroom suites.

There is a full kitchen with cookware.

We also provide a smart TV that you can use with your Netflix, Amazon, or other subscriptions you may have (we don’t provide cable tv).

Parking is on the street and free 24 hours a day (the parking under the building is for our long-term tenants only).

There are two public city parking lots about half a block from our building. One is located about 200ft due east and the other is located about 350 feet west of our building.

But most of our guests prefer to use the free street parking right next to the building.

We do have an EV charger and a designated spot for it, on the east side of the building. Once your vehicle is charged please move it so other guests can use the charger.

Accommodations are new, it has a well equiped kitchen, a great view, nice size bedrooms and open space. Can't do better with the location!

Great view!
The "penthouse" unit has an amazing view. You do get some rooftop's....but the benefit to that is the location. Steps away from downtown White Salmon and all the great restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. We were only the second people to stay there...so there are a couple kinks to iron out..but the owner was very receptive to feedback.
