The service was awful for the being a luxury hotel. At would always have breakfast at the hotel in the lobby. Every time I went there it took them at least half an hour to even come take our order or even offer coffee. Additionally I booked a bedroom with a king bed. Instead they gave me a room half the size were I could barely move around. After seeing another guest’s room and releasing the bedroom they had was even bigger than mine (despite us booking the exact same room), I went to complain to the front desk. They instantly upgraded me to the correct room. However at that point I had already been staying at the smaller room for two nights. They didn’t do absolutely anything for the inconvenience.

Room cleaning service is terrible. Found some private area furs on the couch and bed we did not expect to see to have a service at this level. Also they told us we will get a credit of 30 dollars but it was not given back to us. Total scam of giving 30 credit. This place is more like 3 star hotel. Not definitely 5 star. Maybe it used to be but not now

Stylish, modern hotel; love the original artwork. Tasty room service breakfast. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed, strong shower, and the wifi was solid. Will stay here next time we're in Portland.
