Front desk staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind and welcoming. Room was not the cleanest and you can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms above you and on both sides of you.

The hotel has been being renovated, which was not described in the description. Otherwise, I went to rented it. I was looking forward to soaking in a hot tub for my knees, highly disappointed.

Wish I had kepted my hard earned money

First I called for early check in though I was granted the check and told I was upgrading to king bed. I was far not happy with the room or how I had to get there with a ton of luggage in tow on a cart. 1. Not one of the 5 workers standing there when I checked in helped me to my room with luggage knowing I had a medical service animal as well. 2. Due to construction I and service animal had to go all the way around hotel to get to other elevator to get cart with luggage and selfs to 2nd floor 3. I had a very hard time getting the cart on and off elevator. 4. When I got to room 244 on 2nd floor the smell of cat urine was over whelming. To the point I had to buy a 20$ candle to keep burning the entire 2 nights I stayed. 5. The bathroom was not stocked with toilet paper, towels, floor bathmat or box tissue. I had to ask for all of above. 6. Due to construction hot tub and pool were not open. 7. Went to use microwave and it was not cleaned out and under refrigerator was sour milk stuck to shelf underneath and inside bottom. Had to spend 13$ more on dinner not including using my own cleaning supplies so I could have sanitized area to heat and store food. When I was told I upgraded I did expect the room to be 2x smaller with only a shower and no bath tub as the one I originally paid for. I'm out 300$ in my opinion. I tipped the employee for the upgrade help to be very very very disappointed and put in a terribly smelly and unsanitary room with the view of a roof.

POOL UNDER CONSTRUCTION UNTIL LATE MARCH 2025. Our family was very disappointed that we were not aware the pool would be closed. Hotel or Expedia should have notified us. Once we got there and found this out it was too late to cancel, very disappointed kids. However the staff was friendly, the room clean, the beds comfortable and the hot breakfast was quite good. The location was nice, free parking, lots to do in the area and within a 30 minute drive more than enough activities for a 7 day trip.

Perhaps a last resort

Currently under renovation, which meant the pool was closed however was not listed as closed under the amenities list on hotels.com. This is an old building with very out-dated decor and is generally poorly lit, which only adds to the sense that this is not a very clean property (the stairwell carpets were entirely filthy). Front-desk service was underwhelming. This hotel has smoking rooms, which means the entire building and the rooms smell musty at best. Thermostat was old and not very responsive. Breakfast, while edible, consisted of reconstituted eggs, cardboard potatoes, rubbery sausage patties and tasteless coffee. It’s central location and being pet-friendly was it’s only saving grace, but not really worth the (discounted) price paid. Hopefully the new owners and the renovations will make this property of value again. Oh, and have fun walking to the elevator and finding breakfast.

The staff was wonderful and very caring but I didn't feel safe with the south doors to the parking lot never being locked. There was also a dirty paper plate outside where I walked my dog and she wanted to eat it. There was also dog poop that was left be past guests. I realize that this is not the hotels fault, but I am being charged $50 for my dog (whom I clean up afterwards) the hotel should clean up when someone leaves it.

Good motel on budget.

Stay here alot, like that it has pool, casino attached, and reasonable in winter for price, not so much in summer. This time it was under construction, great that they're updating, but the room was above the construction, elevator wasn't working, so alot of walking, and upstairs. Husband just had major ankle surgery.
