Beautiful Hotel
Very pleasant stay. They gave us a lovely room with patio doors out on to the golf course. A nice big room & large bathroom. I suggest adding a shaving/magnifier mirror. Breakfast was excellent, well worth the money.

Highly recommended will be returning to The Vale
Lovely night staying in The Vale Resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Room wasn't ready but we arrived before check in time but had plans and needed to get ready. The staff said we could use the dry changing rooms, these were immaculate and perfect for me to change and do hair and makeup. Room was ready 15 minutes later and had time to have a quick drink in the bar before our night in Cardiff for a concert. Returned to the hotel and the bar was open and then ordered room service were we enjoyed lovely, freshly made sandwiches accompanied with slaw and crisps the perfect end to our lovely evening. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast lots on offer and all delicious. Staff were great, explaining about our choice of breakfast and showing us the juice and offering tea and coffee. Unfortunately we didn't have time for a swim or spa but we will definitely return in the future. Check out was easy and friendly. All in all a great time. Thank you

Family Wedding. All gd. Tho Room for a 4 star hotel when you touch up paint on walls use correct colour. And a black mark for the room we had, had all the sockets for plugs/digital etc Except no USB Charging ports. Except 1 incorporated on rear of TV which does not charge.
